The Villa Tannenheim in Kastelruth focuses on family tradition, warm hospitality and down-to-earthness. It welcomes its guests in the middle of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, in the Seiser Alm-Schlern area and convinces with its quiet location and a fantastic mountain view. Sporting recreation and pure nature enjoyment are guaranteed in the surroundings of the Villa Tannenheim apartments.

Flats where you can feel at home

We offer our guests 5 cosy apartments, which are lovingly furnished with natural furniture. They each offer satellite TV, WLAN, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a bathroom, a balcony or terrace or access to the sunbathing lawn with sunbeds and parasols as well as a barbecue area. A bread roll service is available on request. Our little guests look forward to a play corner with sandbox, table tennis and slide. Directly at the house we offer a private car park and the shuttle bus, which takes you for example to the Seiser Alm cable car, also starts directly on site.

The spectacle of the Dolomites

In the immediate vicinity of Villa Tannenheim in Kastelruth, the dreamlike Dolomite landscape beckons with dream panoramas and fantastic activities. In summer, hikers, climbers and cyclists look forward to extensive tours on the Seiser Alm. In the winter months, the alp, which is part of the Dolomiti Superski ski carousel, offers perfectly groomed ski slopes, cross-country ski trails and idyllic snowshoe tours. Culinary delights in the rustic alpine huts and mountain restaurants should not be neglected either.

We received a friendly welcome from the owners. They showed us the rented apartment, which was on the first floor. It was very nice and clean. The apartment has everything you need for a vacation. The kitchen even has a dishwasher. The entire property is very well maintained; you can use the garden and enjoy the afternoon sun. It takes about 10 minutes on foot to reach the center of Castelrotto, where you will find all the shops and restaurants. The bus stops are also nearby. The only downside is the noise from the main road, especially on weekends when there are numerous day-trippers, especially motorcyclists. Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay at Villa Tannenheim and the entire Sciliar area, so we will definitely come back.

The hosts Carmen and Carl are nice. The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable with everything you need for your stay. The garden and view of the schiliar and valley are great. Well located on the outskirts of lovely Castelroto , close to alpe di suise and ortisei. The only downside is a weak wi-fi connection and the early checkout.

Absolutely...very clean and tidy...everything you need is there, and what isn't there isn't needed. Great apartment, very nice owners. We've already recommended the accommodation to others, even though we're still here! This won't be the last time we stay here.

We stayed at the Tannenheim in 2023 during the Spatzem Festival. Super friendly landlords, a fantastic apartment, simply uncomplicated and wonderful. We'd be happy to come back. As soon as we start thinking about the Seiser Alm and Castelrotto again, we'll think of the Tannenheim. The wooden heart as a farewell gift has a permanent place at home. The two of us with our dog stayed in the Adlerhorst apartment in mid-September. The apartment is very nicely furnished with lots of wood, some of which was built by the landlord himself. The furnishings are functional, the views from the balconies and the dining room window are great. The landlords are very friendly. We make some compromises because of the clairaudience. You can hear both the street traffic and the guests in the other apartments when things are a little louder there.

With a splendid view of the nature, the apartments are clean, modern, built and furnished completely with local wood and labour. The owners are very kind, helpful, nice and warm people. Necessary services are nearby and convenient, reachable with a pleasant walk. Local supermarkets, shops, patisserie, butcher, points of interest. The restaurants in the surrounding area are of excellent quality, with interesting local choices.
