Het weer in Zuid-Tirol

Thanks to its position in the heart of the Eastern Alps and on the southern side of the Main Alpine Ridge, South Tyrol offers to its visitors a special mild climate and a pleasant weather. South Tyrol has become a popular vacation destination for its small amounts of precipitation and the many days of sunshine during the year. In the north of South Tyrol, there will be denser clouds at times and a few snowflakes may fall on the main Alpine ridge, especially in the first half of the day. In the rest of the country it will be quite sunny with a few harmless clouds. Northerly winds will blow in some valleys.
