If you would like to get to know the vast offer and the long tradition of regional bread, we recommend you the bread and strudel market. The event takes place in the Episcopal town of Brixen in Eisacktal every year at the beginning of October.
There you can taste and buy all kinds of South Tyrolean bread and pastries. Bakers will present the various techniques of processing and baking bread and maybe give away some secrets how to make good bread.
