The apartments of Residence Obermoarhof in Pustertal are the perfect accommodation for families, who give high importance to comfort, space and flexible time management. In our house, you will spend unforgettable holidays in nature and discover everyday life on a traditional South Tyrolean farm. Our Residence Obermoarhof offers nine apartments, which are located in the main building and in the annex building, 25 m from the main building.

Many services for unforgettable holidays

The cosy apartments in various sizes are comfortable and cleaned every day. Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and bath towels are available. WLAN is free. Some apartments dispose of a proper washing machine. The guest living in the apartments without washing machine, can benefit from our daily washing service. On request, we offer equipment for babies and small children. If you like, we provide you with fresh bread or with a rich breakfast with our farm products. Our guests are looking forward to a garden with heated pool, Kneipp garden, two playgrounds and to many farm animals. In the garden, we offer a barbecue corner for unforgettable evenings. You can harvest herbs and vegetables in our garden by yourselves.

Nature to discover

Only 1.5 km from our farm, you can find numerous shops, a butcher’s shop, a baker’s shop, a pharmacy, a bank and everything necessary for your holidays in South Tyrol. In summer, Pustertal is a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers and cyclists. With the free AlmencardPLUS, you can benefit from numerous advantages and an exciting holiday programme. The hiking region Gitschberg Jochtal awaits you with countless hiking paths and more than 40 mountain huts. In winter, the hiking region becomes a family-friendly skiing area and a paradise for winter sports lovers.

We're just here with our little one, and all we can say is: There's no more beautiful place! The farm is a true paradise for families: child-friendly, welcoming, and full of experiences both big and small. The breakfast is a dream: everything fresh, regional, and lovingly prepared. Right in front of the accommodation, there's a playground, plenty of vehicles for children, and plenty of animals – cows, chickens, goats, and even two newborn calves that you can get up close to. Two swimming pools – one for children, one for adults – provide a place to cool off. The apartments are very well-maintained, spacious, and lovingly cleaned every day. A small stream flows right next to the accommodation, its gentle rippling creating a very special, tranquil atmosphere. The location is wonderfully quiet, yet perfectly connected: In just 2 minutes, you're at the bus stop, from where you can go directly to the Lodenwelt (Loden World) and on to Brixen – a super cute town. The mountain views are breathtaking! The cable car in Maranza is just 20 minutes away by car or by bus from Mühlbach. We'd especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly, local family that runs the farm. Several generations work hand in hand and are extremely knowledgeable about the area – their tips are invaluable and make our stay even more enjoyable. We feel completely at home and welcome. A perfect place for families, nature lovers, and anyone who wants to experience genuine hospitality! We'll be back

Welcoming property. We stayed in a comfortable apartment with a sweeping view of the valley. The rooms were comfortable, well-heated, bright, and clean. The owner and her mother were extremely kind and welcomed us with warmth and kindness. A wonderful breakfast with fresh local products was served. Convenient location, easily accessible from the main road. Highly recommended.

Stratospheric place, truly enchanting location, large clean apartment with everything you could ask for, disarmingly kind staff. Breakfast €10 but it's worth at least double both for the quantity but above all for the quality go there and you won't regret it

A gem along the Puster Valley State Road. This is the best description for this property, which is far from a residence, and not in a bad way. I'd rather call it a "albergo diffuso" (a multi-building hotel). The property is divided into two buildings housing several apartments. We stayed in one of the largest and, I must say, beautiful ones. Everything has its place, every place has its thing. I truly found meticulous attention to guests. All surrounded by meadows, enclosures with pets, a stream, and children's playgrounds. A swimming pool and a hot tub complete the experience, if needed. In short, a relaxing holiday without having to go to a hotel. The owners, a mother and daughter, are friendly and available to answer any questions. They also know how to recommend lesser-known places where you can find beauty—which is certainly not lacking in the valley. The location is easily accessible from the state road. And from here, you can quickly choose and reach the major attractions in the surrounding area. The various lakes, including Antholz and Braies, historic towns like San Candido, Brunico, and Bressanone, waterfalls, the Dolomites, and Alpine passes. We'll definitely be back—and the tone of the review shows how much this property amazed us.
