Welcome to Residence Kiem in Latsch!

The vacation apartments are located in Latsch in Vinschgau, the West of South Tyrol, embedded in the nature. Due to the quiet surroundings and plentiful sunshine, pure relaxation awaits you – perfect for a family holiday in South Tyrol’s mountains.

All vacation apartments are for 2 or 4 persons and equipped with cooking facilities, TV, shower, WC and balcony. The sunbathing lawn in the well-tended garden, a playground with sandbox and swings, offers an ideal opportunity for relaxation and entertainment. The guests will find parking space on the yard. Our guests can also enjoy the benefits of Südtirol Guest Pass (free use of the Val Venosta railway, public transport in South Tyrol and discounts at various partners), free admission to the AquaForum water park in Laces and the Tarscher Alm chairlift PartnerCard.

Outdoor activities for everyone

Shopping possibilities are just a few minutes’ walk away from the Residence Kiem, in the small village Goldrain. The position of the building makes it a perfect starting point for rambles and bike tours through the beautiful and varied nature of Vinschgau.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter,  unkomplizierter Kontakt,  alles funktional und sauber. Bei kühlem wetter war die Heizung an. Im Flur steht ein Regal mit zusätzlichem Geschirr für weitere  Bedarf.

We've been coming here since 1997, now the third generation. The holiday apartments are simple but perfectly adequate. I love the balcony with its view of the Martel Valley.

Die Unterkunft war sauber,die Fam.Kiem sehr zuvorkommend .Da wir mit 2 kleinen Hunden unterwegs sind ,war die Wohnung genau richtig für uns und trotz mehrerer belegter Wohnungen gab es keine Probleme.Wir können nur sagen,bei dem Preis -Leistungs-Verhältnis jederzeit wieder.

Simply furnished. Everything you need is there. Spotlessly clean. The Kiem family is always friendly and accommodating and even has time for a chat. We've been coming back for years and always enjoy it. Excellent value for money.

Abbiamo trovato una squisita accoglienza, un appartamento pulitissimo e la famiglia Kiem molto attenta a qualsiasi esigenza. Ci siamo trovati veramente benissimo e ringraziamo la famiglia Kiem per aver reso il nostro soggiorno una bellissima esperienza in Alto Adige.

- herrlicher Ausblick ins Martelltal

- direkt hinterm Haus gehen die Wanderwege /MTB-Trails rauf Richtung St. Martin
