The vacation apartments are located in Latsch in Vinschgau, the West of South Tyrol, embedded in the nature. Due to the quiet surroundings and plentiful sunshine, pure relaxation awaits you – perfect for a family holiday in South Tyrol’s mountains.

All vacation apartments are for 2 or 4 persons and equipped with cooking facilities, TV, shower, WC and balcony. The sunbathing lawn in the well-tended garden, a playground with sandbox and swings, offers an ideal opportunity for relaxation and entertainment. The guests will find parking space on the yard. Our guests can also enjoy the benefits of Südtirol Guest Pass (free use of the Val Venosta railway, public transport in South Tyrol and discounts at various partners), free admission to the AquaForum water park in Laces and the Tarscher Alm chairlift PartnerCard.

Outdoor activities for everyone

Shopping possibilities are just a few minutes’ walk away from the Residence Kiem, in the small village Goldrain. The position of the building makes it a perfect starting point for rambles and bike tours through the beautiful and varied nature of Vinschgau.

We've been coming here since 1997, now the third generation. The holiday apartments are simple but perfectly adequate. I love the balcony with its view of the Martel Valley.

Beautiful, spacious holiday apartments, fair prices, lovely outdoor areas, plenty of parking, great balconies with views, very friendly hosts - we've been coming back to Goldrain since 1987 and for good reason

Simply furnished. Everything you need is there. Spotlessly clean. The Kiem family is always friendly and accommodating and even has time for a chat. We've been coming back for years and always enjoy it. Excellent value for money.

Super! Excellent rooms and close to the train station. With the Venosta Card included in the rent, the car is barely used.

The WiFi is a bit unstable due to some routing issues.

The owners are incredibly kind and the residence is beautiful, located in a secluded spot, yet you'll find everything you need nearby.

The residence is located at the foot of a mountain. The lake is several dozen kilometers away. The nearest shopping mall is just 3 kilometers away.

The rooms are well-maintained, with a kitchenette and refrigerator.

If you're looking for a room at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this place.
