Our Residence Belavista is located in Corvara in Alta Badia, surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Dolomites. We have 6 apartments, where you can spend an unforgettable holiday away from the crowds, close to the track "Col Alto" and the center of Corvara.

Cosy Apartments

Our apartments have one bedroom, a spacious living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. They are also equipped with WLAN, television, safe and filter coffee maschine. For our guests, our wellness area with sauna, perfect after a day of skiing. In our Residence Belavista we offer a washing machine and a dryer, which are available for a small fee.

Corvara is a popular destination in both summer and winter, white snow transforms the landscape into a paradise for winter sports. You can make beautiful snowshoeing, cross-country ski mountaineering, or skiing trails. The summer offers numerous opportunities for sports, including hiking, cycling and much more, but simply lying on a flowery meadow will be an unforgettable experience!

We stayed in August 2024 as a family of four with a small dog. The apartment was comfortable and clean. The outdoor balcony with a breathtaking view was stunning. Although there are only two burners in the kitchen, you can get by with a little patience, as I don't think you're in the rush of everyday life on vacation. The town center is a 7-8 minute walk away, but the last 100 meters are quite uphill, so if you don't want to use a car, it might be a bit inconvenient with strollers or elderly people with mobility issues. However, there is free parking available right up to the residence's front door. The lady who runs the property is truly friendly and very helpful with any needs. The quality/price ratio is good for the location. We had a great time and recommend it without hesitation.

We visited Belavista in mid-January 2023. The Alps were green, but the Alta Badia area had very good snow conditions. In general, the entire Alta Badia ski area is a very pleasant and well-connected area, more for more relaxed skiing. We were accommodated in four very spacious apartments and had the entire accommodation to ourselves. The Residence offers a breathtaking view of the town of Corvara and the entire Sella massif. There is nothing nicer, especially in the morning after waking up. The owner was very helpful and helpful and we would like to thank her again for the stay. The equipment is not the most modern, but it was sufficient and we did not miss anything. The Residence was easy to reach on skis and from the slopes. It is less than ten minutes walk to the city. Overall, we were delighted with the comfort and location of the residence. We would be happy to recommend it and or return.

We have just returned from a week in Corvara at the Belavista residence.. the lady was kind and helpful, the apartment was very clean and complete with everything you need (even if the hob only has two burners ... I would have made it a little bigger!!!) but the place is worth the price!!! Excellent location for excursions!!! Peaceful and quiet area. We will definitely be back!!!

I stayed here in the summer with family and friends. The apartment is very clean but the kitchen with only two very small burners does not help you manage your meals independently. The location next to the Col Alto is excellent for the view but to get home the climb is steep and with shopping or a stroller it is challenging. The owner was very kind in fulfilling our requests during the stay but we received very little information about the house at the time of check-in to the point that we did not even know what the code was to access the structure and we never knew where the sauna was. In any case, what makes me rate this structure not at the maximum are above all the check-in (4pm) and out (9am) times that make you lose a day of vacation and are not negotiable, we asked for more flexibility traveling with a small child but we only managed to get an extra hour on the way out and no advance on the way in. I think that the cleaning management is very slow or not suitable for a tourist structure. I do not know if we will return, Corvara has many other alternative solutions. Too bad.

We returned today after a week of vacation.
Very nice residence with spectacular view of Corvara, Mrs. Erika very friendly kind and always available for anything you may need. We will definitely be back.
