The hotel has friendly staff who are happy to help with any request. The rooms are decorated in an 80s style, but are clean. The bathrooms with shower, toilet, and sink are modern and very nice. The spa area with indoor pool, steam room, and sauna is very inviting and an oasis for relaxation. The food in the restaurant is excellent and freshly prepared. The bus stop right in front of the hotel is also a great advantage.

The Parkhotel Schachen is located in the beautiful Ahrntal Valley, right next to a bus stop. Our room was well-equipped, and the bathroom was modernly renovated. We didn't miss anything in terms of food either. Furthermore, the staff, especially Vladimiro, was very friendly and attentive. After an eventful day, you can relax wonderfully in the wellness area or on the sunbathing lawn.

Good morning, we arrived on Sunday 6th July and will leave on Sunday 13th July. The room is a bit small. I was hoping for a balcony since I have a cat with me and it lives in the room. From the photos they sent me, there was a balcony, but instead they said I had to write in the email that I wanted the balcony. My husband and I are fine with it, but for a cat that lives in the room, it's too small! Valentina is very kind and helpful with changing towels and dirt bags. In the wellness center where there is a sauna and Turkish bath, it says in large letters that you must enter naked and for hygiene reasons, leave your slippers outside. Unfortunately, everything inside was in my swimsuit and slippers. I was the only one naked! PLEASE ENSURE WHAT YOU WRITE! For breakfast and dinner, everything was fine. They should renovate the rooms a bit. Vladimiro is very good, he knows how to do his job professionally, the girls who are interns not even a bit. Mine is not a criticism, but to make some improvements, however, we had a good time overall. Thank you.

We've been coming to this hotel with our group of schoolchildren for many years and are very satisfied with the excellent value for money. The hotel has good facilities for organizing evening activities for such a group. The chef is very friendly and prepares daily local cuisine. The rooms are adequately equipped for 14-year-olds, and each room has a private bathroom. The hotel is well-located, and the ski bus stops right outside.
