We were with a larger group, and it was a great experience. From the incredibly beautiful rooms and the incredibly friendly and helpful staff to the absolutely extensive breakfast, it far exceeded our expectations. The pool and wellness area are absolutely fantastic, and the weight room leaves nothing to be desired. We're already looking forward to coming back.

We had such a wonderful week. All friendly and attentive people, whose joy in their work always rubbed off on us. This was exactly the kind of sports and diagnostics program we were looking for... our expectations were exceeded. We learned so much and, thanks to various apps, we received excellent follow-up care. We will definitely be back and are always happy to recommend the sports hotel.

Overall, it's difficult to judge. I think you need to know a lot beforehand to have the right expectations and avoid being disappointed. Therefore, I'm dividing my review into objective observations and a subjective assessment. Objective: Room: We had a family room with a dividing door. Clean and well-maintained, however, hot water constantly ran through the floor and towel warmer in the bathrooms. This caused the room to heat up considerably, and we had to sleep with the window open. Unfortunately, our room faced the highway. The traffic noise at night made it difficult to sleep. Sports facilities: Impeccable – the hotel's highlight! Two new padel courts, a large climbing hall, mini golf, table tennis, beach volleyball, a tennis court, and a top-equipped gym. All included and free to use – exactly what we were looking for. Pool & Wellness: Very new and well-maintained. Two saunas, a steam bath, indoor and heated outdoor pools with pleasant lounge areas. Dog: A family dog ​​is regularly in the lobby and sometimes barks. Food: Varied dinner menu. It was assured in advance that a vegan diet would be possible without any problems – however, in practice, it was very difficult. Some dishes were labeled as vegan that contained animal products. Breakfast: Ice cream station, bread, muesli, a small selection of fruit and vegetables. Staff: Friendly, but at reception they were sometimes disorganized (e.g., they didn't know the exact meal times, didn't provide safe instructions for the climbing hall). Subjective: Room: Disappointing – weak Wi-Fi, which prevented the information tablet from working, furnishings seemed dated, no kettle/coffee/tea, and the water pressure in one bathroom was too low. The cleanliness was a positive. Other guests: Unfortunately, it was very disruptive – a large company event was taking place at the same time. This made the spa area unusable in the afternoon (noisy groups, noise in the rooms even at night). The rooms are very noisy, and we had to complain several times during the night. Food: As described above: falsely labeling vegan dishes is an absolute no-go for a 4-star hotel – even if the staff apologized. Food service: Disappointing at breakfast – we weren't asked for drinks or extras at the table. Very friendly and accommodating at dinner. Dog: A nuisance for us. I like dogs, but the entrance area smelled strongly of dog, and we found the barking annoying. The dog also ran around in the kitchen area – that's unacceptable! Minor things: Only one roll of toilet paper in the room. There were no towels in the gym and wellness area, and there was no way to get fresh towels there – that's simply unhygienic. Sustainability reaches its limits here when hygiene suffers. There was a dead mouse on the tennis court, which hadn't been removed by the evening, even after we reported it. The promised daily TCM Energyzer at breakfast was only offered on one of three days. Conclusion: I'm absolutely in favor of supporting family-run businesses. Nevertheless, I have to be honest here: The sports and wellness facilities are top-notch and a lot of fun, and the hotel has great potential. At the same time, however, there are serious shortcomings in service, organization, and room quality that, in our opinion, fall short of a 4-star standard.

Beautiful hotel. Delicious food, great sports program, and comprehensive support as part of the hotel's activity program. Very modern rooms. We'd love to come back!

As always, great rooms, great breakfast, friendly people—and a decent gym! Next time, we'll try the pool :)

I stayed with my family for a week. Our expectations were high, and they were met. The hotel is adjacent to the Isarco River and just a 3-minute drive from the center of Vipiteno (30 minutes on foot). Our room was very beautiful and spacious. The cuisine was excellent, both for its high-quality ingredients and the delicious combinations offered. The hotel offers various on-site sports activities and excursions. The Messner family and the entire staff were always available to answer any of our questions. Recommended for those who want to combine sports, relaxation, and excellent cuisine.

A very good sports hotel with a wide range of opportunities for physical activity. We really enjoyed the personal care and advice provided by the family and the team. The relaxation and wellness offerings are very appealing. In addition to the extensive selection of wholesome, protein-rich meals, culinary highlights are also offered.

The best hotel in Vipiteno and the surrounding area. I can say this after staying there several times over a decade. Top-notch cuisine. Excellent cleanliness. Impeccable service. Strategic location.
