We returned again this year, and the hotel is always an oasis of serenity and tranquility. The service, cuisine, and friendliness are always top-notch. The wellness area is excellent, featuring a pool with hydromassage, a fitness area, two saunas, a Turkish bath, and relaxation areas. Everything is spotlessly clean. Almost all of the cross-country and downhill trails are still open. Its central location in the Casies Valley makes it a great starting point for numerous hikes, both easy and challenging. It's also well-served by public transportation, thanks to a special "Guest Card," which allows you to use both buses and trains to visit other towns in the Puster Valley. It's our perfect retreat.

It was a pleasant surprise in the heart of the Pusteria Valley, we were welcomed almost like at home, Irma together with the owner treated us more than guests like family, definitely a highly recommended place, looked after with so much love

Fantastic wellness center (sauna, Turkish bath, swimming pool and hydromassage, plus there are rooms with sofas where you can lie down and relax, all included in our stay) and the excellent dinner (first and second courses, homemade dishes, everything delicious: we had seconds several times, it was so good). The courtesy of the staff is a quality that makes this hotel stand out as the best among all the structures I have stayed in. We were treated almost as if we were family and, when we asked to extend our stay by one night, we received special treatment. The hotel is located in a good position, connected to the main road that connects the various valleys.

We spent three pleasant nights in this cozy hotel. Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hosts were fantastic. The location is fantastic for exploring the northern Dolomites region. The food is delicious, and the half-board is perfect. The wellness area has been redesigned and offers everything you could wish for. We'd love to come back. Thank you very much.

A place where the world is still in order and you feel welcome. German, Italian, and English are spoken. The staff and the owner are very friendly, helpful, and respectful. The kitchen boasts fantastic dishes! You definitely won't leave the table hungry. The Wi-Fi reception is good, but even normal network coverage is great. After one of the amazing excursions/activities you can do here, head to the fantastic new spa (Mega) :-) Cleanliness is a top priority here! Great! If you want to have a drink at the bar in the evening, it can be quite fun. :-) Overall, a place you'll want to return to ;-)

We had a great time (2 adults and a 3-year-old). The room was spacious and cleaned very well every day. The wait staff was very friendly. The owners were also very helpful and friendly. The spa is beautiful. If you go cross-country skiing, you're practically on the slopes. There isn't much choice for dinner, but that's not a problem because the dishes are all delicious. A perfect place for those who love tranquility and beautiful walks (there's plenty to choose from in the area). We'll definitely be back.

Very clean, beautiful spa, and very friendly staff. I would pay more attention to the restaurant menu. The bathroom in my room was missing a bidet. Excellent place for cross-country skiing. Nearby, Cortina d'Ampezzo, San Candido, and Plan de Corones are worth visiting.
