A beautiful hotel in a prime location, it will fulfill your every wish, be it food, drinks, rooms, or anything else you need. If it's possible, it will be catered for! If you're unhappy here, you probably won't have anything at home!! We are extremely satisfied and always enjoy coming back to this hotel because the warmth is like coming home. Here you can recharge your batteries for the soul.

It was a special stay, the treatment was very high-class and respectful from everyone, especially since they are Arabs and Muslims, they were very considerate of everyone, they provided us with all the help we asked for and more. Our stay was 3 nights and we liked the place so much that we stayed 3 more nights. Note that most of the food products are made by them and we liked this even more. I recommend this hotel for its distinguished location to all the tourist villages and cities in northern Italy.

Stay: 5 Nights – Solo Traveler Food: I was honestly pleasantly surprised here: The breakfast was incredibly varied – significantly more than you'd expect from many 4-star hotels. Dinner was also consistently delicious and impressed every day. Definitely a culinary highlight! Service & Friendliness: The reception at check-in was very friendly – the lady at the front desk shone with lots of tips and genuine warmth. Unfortunately, this didn't continue in the following days: When other employees were at the reception, I felt more like I was disturbing them. In the restaurant, on the other hand, the staff were always cheerful, attentive, and friendly – there was nothing to complain about. Wellness & Fitness: The wellness area is huge and truly leaves nothing to be desired – a real plus for anyone seeking relaxation. The fitness area, on the other hand, is – as in many hotels – more of a symbolic presence. Anyone looking for serious exercise won't be happy here. Rooms: The rooms were clean and functionally equipped. I particularly liked the sustainable principle: cleaning and towel changes on request – a modern approach. However, the overall amenities weren't quite as modern as I would have expected for a 4-star hotel. The shower, for example, wasn't floor-level, which is a minor drawback in terms of comfort. Positives: Electronic blinds on the window and a hiking backpack provided for your stay – very practical. Location & Extras: Free parking and underground garage – very convenient Backpack for hiking included Quiet location Conclusion: The Bacherhof offers plenty of light – especially during breakfast, dinner, the wellness area, and service in the restaurant. A few minor things – such as the inconsistent behavior at the reception or the not-quite-contemporary room furnishings – mar the overall impression somewhat, but not dramatically. If you value good food, relaxation, and beautiful surroundings, you'll be in good hands here. The stay was pleasant – with a few minor deductions in the B grade.

For us, the Bacherhof is a very family-friendly hotel, one we, like many other guests, enjoy returning to time and time again. The owners, the Pächter family, offer several room categories to suit your personal preferences. Top-notch service thanks to very friendly staff in all areas. The wellness treatments are highly recommended. Beautiful indoor and outdoor areas. Plenty of parking options. From Mühlbach, it's about a 10-minute drive up the mountain. From here, you'll find some of the best views of the Pustertal Valley and a good starting point for reaching other locations in Maranza and Mühlbach (supermarket, gondola, skiing, etc.). A good selection of wines and cheeses is also available. An insider tip is the dessert buffet and the "Meeting with the Schnauzer" (i.e., the on-site wine tasting).
