Excellent hotel. Beautiful rooms, very friendly, competent service, excellent cuisine, and we love the dumpling guarantee :-). The wellness area is top-notch. This was our second stay at the Autentis, and we've already booked again for next year.

Hotel, restaurant, rooms, service, and staff...top notch The village, the area, the entire valley...top notch 8 days half board at Hotel Autentis, and we'd be happy to come back...top notch 11 out of 10 possible. If you want to spend a relaxing holiday where everything is just right, we highly recommend the Rasen Antholz Valley and the Hotel Autentis. The only criticism, in our opinion, is that dinner is too late at 7:00 p.m.

We had such a great time at Hotel Autentis Adler in Rasen! The rooms were super cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated – you really feel like you're in the mountains but with all the comfort you need. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and making us feel right at home. The food was amazing – so tasty, lots of variety, and something new to enjoy every day. They even surprised us with a little birthday treat, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. All in all, a fantastic place to stay – we’re already looking forward to coming back! ️

Very comfortable hotel, super friendly service. Rooms are very nice, spacious, and modern. The food is excellent (multi-course menu in the evening). Ideal for hiking and biking. Bus stop right outside. Included in the South Tyrol Card. Tips for excursions are available at any time.

We stayed as a couple for a week at the Autentis. The hotel is strategically located in a quiet village, just one minute from the Pustertal road and a three-minute drive (there's also a bus stop right in front of the hotel) from the Valdaora train station, which provides access to Monguelfo and Dobbiaco (where buses depart for major destinations such as the Tre Cime, Prato Piazza, Lago di Breis, and the cycle path to Lienz). The room we were assigned was spacious and comfortable; it was clean. The hotel's pride and joy is its food: dinner and afternoon snacks are truly excellent, and breakfast is good. The indoor and outdoor pools are beautiful. The hotel offers a variety of services: free and paid bike rentals for e-bikes, a free weekly excursion program, and a traditional dance performance. Finally, the hotel is committed to an eco-sustainable approach, which is much appreciated. I highly recommend it!

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a week. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. The wellness area was wonderful. The rooms were spotless and spacious. The breakfast and dinner were varied and always excellent. The location was perfect for getting around, even by bus (the bus stop is 50 meters away) and train.

Wonderful experience!! Fantastic welcome, stunning property, clean and intimate. Located in a truly enchanting area. Excellent traditional Tyrolean cuisine!!

Spectacular hotel, I can't find anything to change or improve...from the strategic location to the spacious and spotless rooms. The restaurant is excellent, both breakfast and dinner, and the spa with pool is fabulous. The staff is friendly and very helpful. This is our second time back and we'll definitely be back for a third.

It's simply the best hotel I've ever visited. The food is Michelin-starred and consistently impressive. The meat dishes, in particular, are top-notch thanks to the hotel's own butcher shop, but the cuisine is simply so good that even vegetarian dishes are always a delight. This makes the daily decision about what to eat for dinner really difficult. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. You arrive and everyday life is forgotten. The guests are generally pleasantly well-mannered. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The rooms are large, quiet, attractive, and stylishly furnished. It's a relatively small, lovingly run, charming, and family-run hotel, but it has a fairly large wellness area with several saunas and a picturesque outdoor pool. Massages are also offered. The Kronplatz, the hotel's own ski resort, is a large ski area that offers something for all ages and abilities, and even after several days, there's still something to discover. The journey takes about 25 minutes on the (moderately reliable) ski bus from the hotel. I would recommend the Dolomiti Superski Pass for stays of 6 days or more. The 3 Zinnen Dolomites, Alta Badia, and Cortina de Ampezzo are beautiful ski resorts, where even the journey there is an adventure through magnificent landscapes. The town is small and quiet. A 10-minute walk away is a small, pleasant supermarket with fairly short opening hours and a good selection, and of course, the on-site butcher shop. A heartfelt thank you to the Steiner family for their dedication, their keen eye for down-to-earth excellence, and their hospitality. And also for the wonderful times I've already spent with them. I would love to come back.

I don't usually write reviews, but for this property I decided to make an exception. The summary of our week's vacation could be: feeling pampered and at the center of the world. From before we even arrived to the final goodbyes, the staff at the Hotel Autentis was helpful, welcoming, and extremely kind. The courtesy of the staff was 360 degrees, from the reception to the waiters, from the bar staff to the housekeeping staff. It's clear that the Steiner family management is committed to making hospitality a hallmark of the entire property. In a word: superb. The rooms (I stayed in the Alpine Suite) are spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Dinner left us speechless. I know the menu very well, but never before have I found such care and refinement in the cuisine, without being pretentious. And with some pleasantly surprising excursions beyond the region, which my partner and I enjoyed. We particularly appreciated the products available for sale in the family's butcher shop. Last but not least, their great willingness to provide advice on excursions, including the "guide" of excursions curated by the hotel staff for their guests, which you could sign up for/join, and suggestions for activities to do. Although I didn't participate in these suggestions, I truly appreciated their presence, which I see as special attention to their guests, even those who may be staying in the Antholz Valley for the first time and can therefore draw inspiration from these suggestions (and I've even jotted down a couple of excursions for my next visit!).
