Surrounded by a large park with a stunning view of the majestic Mt. Schlern, our Active Hotel Diana**** is located at the foot of the Seiser Alm, in the heart of the village Seis am Schlern at about 1,000 m above sea level. It is the ideal place for all those, who want to discover the legendary mountain world of the Dolomites. In addition, our culinary delights leave nothing to be desired: Our chef and his team will spoil you with gourmet creations.

Feel good & relax

As soon as you enter the reception hall with its fine walnut panelling and open fireplace, you can feel the homely atmosphere of the hotel, which continues in the comfortable and spacious rooms. Sauna area with outdoor sauna, massage studio, indoor adventure pool, an outdoor swimming pool with a view of the magnificent Mountain Schlern and much more are available to our guests. Children will enjoy the playroom, play park, children's cinema and games consoles.

Outdoor fun in the Dolomites

The valley station of the Seiser Alm Cableway is just 500 metres from our Active Hotel Diana, and there is also a ski shuttle. In winter, you can quickly reach the ski slopes and cross-country ski trails on the Seiser Alm. In summer, hikers, mountaineers and climbers get their money's worth, as do mountain bikers, golfers (reduced green fee on the nearby golf course) and horse riders. We offer our guests guided hikes and e-bike tours, and we hire out rucksacks, hiking poles and snowshoes.

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for a week in January. Its location is very convenient, with shuttle service (included for all hotels) allowing you to reach the various ski resorts. The hotel and rooms are very clean and beautiful (the only flaw is that we couldn't independently regulate the temperature, and the room was very warm). The common areas were also very beautiful, including the bar area, which included a billiards table, and the wellness and spa areas. The cuisine was truly top-notch, with different dishes every night and a wide variety at the buffets, both for dinner and breakfast. What struck me most was the friendliness and professionalism of the restaurant staff, all truly kind and genuine! Recommended.

The Activehotel is a place dear to our hearts. We've stayed there in both summer and winter. It's located just steps from the main square in Siusi and a short walk to the ski lift. The rooms are very comfortable, cozy, and clean. In the summer, we took advantage of the e-bikes and their associated excursions: fantastic! The staff is super friendly. They even remembered us on our second visit. The outdoor pool is very nice, and the spa offers various saunas. The prices are reasonable.

Stayed with my family from January 14, 2026 to January 18, 2026. Despite my mistake when booking (my daughter's age was entered as 0-2 years, but she's actually 12) The staff had the room ready in just a few minutes. The wait staff was kind and very competent. The shuttle service to the Alpe di Siusi cable car was spectacular. Both the pool and the spa were beautiful. The food was decent. Excellent parking, exceptional ski storage, very interesting activities on offer. We had a truly comfortable holiday. Congratulations to all the hotel staff.

A fantastic holiday. Everyone was very friendly from the start. The food was always excellent. Top-notch service. The transfer to the ski area was superb. They always asked how we were feeling and what our needs were. A very nice spa area. Great location in a beautiful town.

If guests could rate their stars based on courtesy, this hotel would deserve more than it has. Kindness, a rare thing these days, especially, alas, in so-called luxury hotels, is a true trademark here. From the front desk to the bar and restaurant staff, everyone is kind and helpful, making guests feel pampered without ever being intrusive. The hotel is certainly worthy of praise for both its location and its interiors. Very close to the ski lifts, right in the center, it boasts spacious and comfortable rooms (always spotless), a well-equipped spa area (the only flaw is the lack of an indoor hot tub), and spacious relaxation areas. The dishes are excellent and always varied. Breakfasts offer a wide selection and something for all tastes. All this at the foot of splendid mountains, accessible via various trails and options.
