Rooms and flats for all tastes

For your stay at the Hotel Engel, you can choose between individually designed rooms with Biedermeier or Tyrolean style furnishings and new flats, located directly opposite the hotel. Single and double rooms as well as family rooms are available. Wellness enthusiasts can look forward to 1000m² of wellness facilities with a sauna area, a whirlpool with panoramic views, a top-floor swimming pool with panoramic terrace, a gym, massages and health and beauty treatments. The culinary offer is no less impressive and includes a rich breakfast, 5-course dinner, theme evenings, cakes and ice cream in the hotel café.

Entertainment for all tastes

Young and old will immediately feel at home at our hotel! Children can play in the fun playroom with slide and balls, billiards, table tennis or play station. Skiing enthusiasts will have many great services at their disposal, such as transfers to the slopes, free ski courses and the ski slopes of no less than 3 countries to ski down! In summer, the area turns into a true paradise for hikers, cyclists and mountain lovers.

Beautiful rooms, good food, and great musical entertainment (provided by the owner). Large spa area with a unique relaxation room. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at the Engel for three nights. The rooms are fine. The food is good, but unfortunately, the service is terrible. We wouldn't book again.

Very nice hotel, spacious room with a very good bed, the staff is very friendly, the food is fantastic, fresh and homemade products with an exceptional buffet and incredibly good desserts. In short, the best, bravo

We received a friendly welcome, and everything was explained to us very clearly. Since we arrived early, we were still able to store our luggage and bikes and use the underground parking garage right away. Both breakfast and dinner were very good, and the selection was plentiful. We had a great time at the Tyrolean evening with the singing host (the owner of the hotel). We also highly recommend the guided hike organized by the hotel with mountain guide Andreas, who tells us a lot about the area. In the wellness area, we really enjoyed the whirlpool on the roof terrace. We were very satisfied with the Hotel Engel and would gladly return.

We were a group occupying eight rooms. The location is centrally located, and the spacious rooms with balconies are well-equipped and clean. The included breakfast is good and varied. The dinner buffet, including an appetizer buffet, is varied, good, and reasonably priced. The underground parking garage is unfortunately about 150 meters away, but this is acceptable given the location in the old town. Our group felt comfortable and we've earmarked the Hotel Engel for another visit.

A truly positive experience from every perspective. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay. It's located in a quiet and welcoming village, close to hiking trails. The organized excursions are fantastic, with special mention to Andreas, the guide, who is truly excellent! The owners are very friendly and attentive to every need. The food is excellent. Despite the distance... we'd love to return; the Venosta Valley will always be in your heart!
