The staff are consistently friendly and attentive, and there are lots of little details that have been well thought out. The food is excellent and the wellness facilities are amazing—clean, not overcrowded, and you can always get a lounger.

Everything is of the highest standard. A highly motivated team and lots of creative and surprising details, such as the photo booth, the wall of love, or breakfast until 12:00. And above all, the perfect cuisine with lots of choices on the menu. Everything is possible at the Preidlhof... but nothing is mandatory!

Ein Hotel, das wirklich versteht, wie 5 Sterne Service sein muss. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gross, die Ausstattung ist modern aber stilvoll. Der Spa-Bereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Was aber besonders hervorzuheben ist, sind die tollen Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen. Sie waren durchwegs freundlich, hilfsbereit und haben unseren Aufenthalt wirklich perfekt gemacht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Roman und Brahim. Sie machen einen wirklich hervorragenden Job. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This was our first time here, but almost certainly not our last :-)

We were only there because it was part of the Dolce Vita Dining Around program. Afternoon spa with a snack... great hotel... but loooong distances to get anywhere. Dinner in a very impersonal VIP lounge. The waiter was the highlight of the evening; he was great. The rest... well... somehow we expected more for a 5-star hotel. But to each their own. Not our cup of tea, but it's great that you exist. Greetings from Munich!

The Preidlhof is a unique hotel offering the ultimate in luxury. We arrived on Tuesday, and our vacation began the moment we stepped inside. We received a very warm welcome with a delicious apple cider and a warm piece of homemade focaccia. The butler took our luggage to our room, and our suite was absolutely superb. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the private whirlpool was already pre-heated. Simply heavenly. The food is equally extensive and prepared with great attention to detail, unique, and so incredibly delicious. Thank you to the kitchen for the outstanding work. The service also deserves a mention. We had the impression that the staff enjoyed their work; the servers weren't stressed and had time for a quick chat or two. Brahim and Cathleen, as well as all the other wonderful service staff, you made our vacation a completely carefree experience. Thank you for the excellent service. In conclusion, one visit to the Preidlhof is simply not enough. We will be back and have already booked another stay.

Preidlhof is a first class operation. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with extensive high quality facilities. The sauna tower is amazing. The spa offers excellent services provided by exceptional therapists. The food is Michelin quality - and plentiful. The staff are warm, friendly and professional. And, of course, the physical setting is spectacular. It truly lives up to its reputation as a 5 star luxury destination while combining that with the feeling of a family business. I can’t wait to return.

UPDATE AUGUST/OCTOBER 2025 Unique! This summer and autumn, you can use the spa tower until 11:00 PM (at no extra charge) and enjoy the heated infinity saltwater pool on the roof (with or without swimwear) while gazing at the starry sky, the moon's phases, the contours of the mountains, or overlooking the valley. Beyond that, the spa area is now perfectly coordinated – there's even a snow room (!) and an impressive thermal bath with very interesting massage jets. As for the other services, the cuisine seems to have become a touch more frugal. The service and the rooms were completely convincing. UPDATE AUGUST 2024 With the infinity saltwater pool on the roof of the spa tower, which can be used with or without swimwear this year, and the adjoining relaxation area, the hotel has an absolute highlight and, to our knowledge, a unique selling point in South Tyrol. We have therefore booked a follow-up stay for the fall, as the hotel also impresses with its other excellent services. Unfortunately, the Sunday evening gourmet menu dragged on a bit, and unfortunately, due to poor planning decisions, dinner is only available indoors. 2023: The disappointments first: A year ago, we were absolutely thrilled by the textile-free infinity saltwater pool on the roof of the sauna tower – a truly unique feature (!), so we immediately booked a longer follow-up stay for this year. However, upon arrival this year, we learned that the infinity saltwater pool had now been assigned to the regular pool area because a textile-free lounge area with a whirlpool was added this year. There are now complicated demarcations (unnecessary for an adults-only hotel) between textile-free and textile-free areas, and on weekends, the textile-free area was overcrowded, while the textile-free area was completely empty – quite absurd. We were also disappointed by the lack of structural separation between the balconies, meaning we could hear light, conversation, and cigarette smoke from neighboring balconies and were often unable to use our own. However, we were compensated for by mostly first-class service, excellent cuisine, innovative amenities, and the hotel's location. Therefore, we cannot confirm many of the negative reviews on this portal.

Highly recommended! Large, clean room, very panoramic view to the south, restaurant with refined, quality dishes, very generous afternoon buffet, WONDERFUL SPA TOWER. Many saunas and beautiful panoramic pools. The 5-element sauna is very suggestive; we will definitely be back.
