Welcome to Ciasa Odlina in Stern/La Villa

Stern in Alta Badia is located amidst the Dolomites. It is a very popular destination for hikers, mountain bikers and of course for skiers, because the slopes in Alta Badia rank among the best ones in South Tyrol! And it is right here, where our Ciasa Odlina and its spacious apartments are situated.

Comfortable apartments

Our apartments are for 2-4 people. They are furnished with loving care in Tyrolean style and with much wood, offering a bathroom with shower, a fully equipped kitchen, living room, balcony, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Towels, bed and kitchen linen are available. On request, we offer a bread service in the morning.

Garden with barbecue , ski depot & playroom

Included in the price is also the private parking lot, the use of the ski lockers with ski shoe warmer, the covered bike deposit for bikes, the large garden for convivial evenings. There is a playroom, garden playground and an animal corner where you can pet rabbits and baby goats. Massages and sauna sessions can also be organised on request.

A great place for a base. The bathrooms are spotlessly clean and fragrant. The pay-as-you-go toilets are available for a small fee. The owner and her daughter are incredibly helpful. Literally one minute away, there's a bakery and café serving delicious bread and cakes. For two people and a T6 bus per day, it cost 35 euros. In September, we had a small trailer with a motorbike, and we didn't pay anything extra. The view of the Dolomites is stunning. Evening walks are great, and grocery stores are nearby. I recommend it. The location is perfect.

Wonderful place! We've been coming back to Ciasa Odlina for three years. The apartments are perfectly equipped and of excellent standard. The owners are wonderful and helpful in every way. Breathtaking views. Excellent location. We will definitely come back here again!

Very well-maintained site. Level gravel surfaces. Very clean washrooms. Waste disposal and fresh water available. Check-in via terminal. I barely noticed the sawmill. Supermarket 500 meters away. A bit pricey though: 43 euros plus electricity.

We stayed at Ciasa Odlina for 6 nights for our trip around Dolomites. Apartmant looks exactly the same as on the photos, even better, with a lovely view. Marion is an amazing host and helped us with everything. Check in is really easy, they have a reception in the house, also parking is available right in front of the house. We really enjoyed it and had a wonderful time!

We stayed here for 2 months in our motorhome for the 2026 ski season and loved every minute of it. Ciasa Odlina is in the beautiful town of La Villa and only 5 mins walk from the slopes, restaurants and shops. It’s run by a lovely family who keeps everything spotlessly clean and are super helpful if you need anything. I wound definitely recommend a stay here and will be returning again. Thank you Marion and Oskar for making our ski season so easy and for all your help

We stayed at La Villa for three nights and were very impressed with the site. The concept is very well thought out; check-in must be completed independently at the terminal within 12 hours of passing through, and the restrooms are very clean and well-maintained. We will return, but always in the off-season. During peak season, it can be quite crowded if all the spots are taken.

There aren't enough stars to rate Ciasa Odlina with Marion, Oscar, and their children! The restrooms are just like those at home—in fact, cleaner! And when I say clean, I mean shiny! The camper drains are equally clean and well-made...I've never seen such a practical wastewater drain, ideal for both those who drain and those who need to perform maintenance! All automatic for payment...complete self-service! Congratulations to the whole family!

Our hosts did everything they could to make us feel right at home. Our vacation rental at Lüch Sossach on the Pescollderungg family’s organic farm was wonderful. We really appreciated getting a behind-the-scenes look at the farm’s sustainable livestock management, complete with plenty of explanations and insights.

Excellent. You arrive and the gate opens, and you have 12 hours to check in and activate the electricity for your pitch. It also has bathrooms, showers, sinks for utensils and clothes, as well as a washing machine and dryer. It has all the amenities for campers; it's a great and affordable option.

We stayed 2 people + 1 dog during a week in beginning of June, as our rest/sleeping point to explore around Dolomites. It's a perfect location for visiting all sides of Dolomites. The flat itself has all you need, a comfy room, proper kitchen to cook meals, and... what a view from the balcony! It's a family business and the owner is super nice and very helpful. We could park our car right in front of the house, which was perfect. Recommended fully.
