Helpfulness and kindness of the staff

Highly recommended – wonderful days at Landhaus Fux! We stayed at Landhaus Fux from July 22nd to August 5th with four adults, one child, and a dog, in two apartments. We felt completely at home and can wholeheartedly recommend this place. The incredibly warm and welcoming host family deserves special mention. Julia, in particular, seems to be always there for her guests, but her parents are also incredibly friendly and helpful. Hospitality is truly lived here! The apartments were very clean and cozy, the beds comfortable, and the kitchens equipped with everything you could need. Bed linens and towels are provided, and towel changes were also available. We treated ourselves to the optional breakfast twice and can absolutely recommend it. The lovely outdoor area is also a great place to sit, have a drink, and order light meals like a snack platter or farmer's toast. Our highlight was the pool with its indoor and outdoor sections and sunbathing lawn – wonderfully peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The view from our balconies was also fantastic. Good to know: Vetzan is a very small, quiet village, and there isn't much going on there. We had somewhat underestimated this beforehand. For excursions, you should therefore enjoy hiking or cycling, or use the bus, train, or car. The bus stop is just a few minutes away, and with the South Tyrol Pass, you can travel to Schlanders, for example, for free. Regarding accessibility: The house is generally very accessible, with an elevator and step-free access to the pool area. Unfortunately, only the spa and sauna area is not wheelchair accessible. For my personal needs, I don't require a specifically accessible apartment, so we didn't book one. Anyone who needs fully wheelchair-accessible accommodations should ideally clarify their individual requirements for the room and bathroom directly with the country house in advance. Our only minor complaint: With the very high temperatures, we would have appreciated air conditioning, especially at night. Perhaps we simply happened to be there during two of the hottest weeks. Overall, it was a wonderful and very relaxing 14 days. We would come back anytime – thank you so much to Julia and the whole family! ️

The friendliness of the entire team, the delicious breakfast, and the room with a covered balcony during a summer thunderstorm

As a family, we had a wonderful stay at Landhaus Fux and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The rooms/apartment were fantastic, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The pool and its small but lovely garden were perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was unbeatable – high-quality, delicious, and prepared with care.

We've now stayed at Landhaus Fux twice. This family-run country house impresses with the warmth of the hosts and its wonderful, peaceful location. Overall, the country house is exceptionally clean and decorated and furnished with great attention to detail. The generous breakfast buffet deserves more than 5 stars. There's a fantastic selection of high-quality products, and the fruit is varied and very fresh. I'd especially like to mention the homemade muesli from the owner's mother—simply delicious. The rooms/apartments are extremely clean with large balconies (table, chairs, sun loungers, parasols, and a clothes rack are provided) and, depending on the booking, a very well-equipped kitchen. Nothing is lacking here either. We were once again very satisfied and happy to have spent a wonderful holiday at Landhaus Fux. And we will definitely be back.

The Fuchs family now runs this wonderful family business in its second generation – and they do so with incredible heart, passion, and attention to detail. Over the years, a personal connection has developed that we truly value. With the Fuchs family, you don't just feel like a guest, but warmly welcomed from the very first moment, almost like part of the family. Each apartment is furnished with exceptional attention to detail. You can feel everywhere that quality, comfort, and a harmonious ambiance are paramount. It is precisely this special atmosphere that makes every stay unique. Another highlight is the beautiful pool area – the perfect place to relax and unwind after a hike or excursion in the Vinschgau Valley. The entire property is well-maintained, peaceful, and radiates a warmth that is rarely found elsewhere. The fact that we have been returning to Landhaus Fux for over 15 years speaks volumes. A superbly managed and exceptionally well-organized family-run hotel where you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. We were particularly impressed by the lovingly prepared breakfast buffet with its wide selection of fresh fruit, fine meat and sausage specialties, vegetables, excellent bread, and many other high-quality products. The quality of the food is first-class. The service is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and warm; you can tell that hospitality is truly a way of life here. The rooms are also beautifully furnished, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, a wonderful stay that we would gladly repeat. We wholeheartedly recommend Landhaus Fux.
