Our inviting Residence Walder is located in Issing/Pfalzen, just a few minutes’ drive from the lively town of Bruneck, the vibrant centre of the green Pustertal Valley. Here, you will experience a cozy atmosphere, pleasant tranquillity, and comfort that leaves nothing to be desired. This family-run residence sits on a sunny plateau, surrounded by pristine nature and a breathtaking mountain panorama.

We offer cosy, fully equipped, and bright holiday apartments, furnished with plenty of wood and featuring a spacious balcony. Outside, you will find a well-maintained garden, where you can soak up the sun, enjoy a good book in peace, watch your children play, or have a relaxed barbecue. Additionally, Residence Walder offers a playroom and a ski storage area. Our sauna area, including a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and Turkish steam bath, is available for free on selected days during winter. At other times, the sauna can be reserved for private use at an additional charge. Each apartment comes with one garage parking space, and we also offer a breakfast service with regional products for an extra fee.

Nature lovers and sports enthusiasts alike will find a wide range of activities around Pfalzen. Choose from hiking, cycling, the nearby climbing park, or the idyllic swimming lake, as well as fantastic ski slopes on Mt. Kronplatz, South Tyrol’s number one ski mountain. As our guest, you will receive a discount on sauna entry at the Cron4 swimming complex. Additionally, the Südtirol Guest Pass is included in the apartment price.
