Welcome to Manares Apartments in St. Lorenzen

The Manares Apartments are located in Moos near St. Lorenzen in the Pustertal Valley, just a few kilometres from the town of Bruneck and the Kronplatz ski and activity mountain. The beautiful location offers plenty of peace and quiet and proximity to nature, and active holidaymakers can set off on hiking and biking tours directly from the accommodation. The 3 modern apartments are sytlish and generously designed and are perfect as a feel-good home for relaxing and varied holidays.

Modern comfort with style

The holiday apartments are located on the ground floor and all have a private terrace with access to the communal garden. They are furnished to a high standard and offer a fully equipped kitchenette, a modern bathroom, WiFi, TV and underfloor heating. Guests also have access to parking spaces, bicycle storage, a ski storage room and a washing machine. The drinking water comes from the property's own spring, and a bread roll service is available on request (at an additional cost).

Wide range of nature and experiences

In the vicinity of Manares Apartments, there is plenty of choice for hiking, cycling and winter sports opportunities in the Kronplatz Dolomites region. The lifts of the Kronplatz ski area, the centre of St. Lorenzen and the historic town centre of Bruneck are just a few minutes' drive away, and the bus stop is only 300 metres away. With the Kronplatz Guest Pass, guests of the house enjoy free travel on regional public transport throughout South Tyrol and other advantages.

Ein sehr schönes, komfortables und funktionales modernes Apartment mit herrlicher Aussicht. Es liegt in einer ruhigen und friedlichen Gegend mit zahlreichen Wanderwegen in der Nähe. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ein kleiner Ort mit Supermarkt, Apotheke und weiteren Geschäften ist 1,8 km entfernt. Die etwas größere, charmante Stadt Bruneck ist 5 km entfernt. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen.

Der Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber, ordentlich und sehr komfortabel.
Die Lage ist hervorragend, ruhig und praktisch – ideal für einen Urlaub. Die Gastgeber sind überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer hilfsbereit. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles reibungslos geklappt.
Wir können die Wohnung jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der eine hochwertige, komfortable und unkomplizierte Unterkunft sucht.
Großer Garten, Terrasse, die Skipisten sind nur ca. 9 Autominuten entfernt.
Und eine private Tiefgarage, die Sie jederzeit nutzen können!

We stayed in August 2025, during the middle week of Ferragosto. New apartment, equipped with every comfort, on the ground floor. Convenient outdoor and underground parking. Nathalie was always kind and helpful with every request. Wonderful place and very convenient for accessing the main road and getting around the valley. We hope to have the opportunity to return.

The apartment is in a lovely location. Incredible nature and views. Relaxation is guaranteed. Quiet, well soundproofed, with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Private garage, brand new furniture and appliances. Last but not least, the owner is very kind.

Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: naturnah, ruhig und dennoch nur etwa 15 Autominuten vom Zentrum Brunecks entfernt. Die Nähe zu einer Fabrik störte uns nicht; wir hörten sie kaum, als wir auf der Terrasse saßen. Ich hoffe, dieser hervorragende Zustand bleibt erhalten oder wird, wo möglich, sogar noch verbessert.
