Festival in Innichen

Every two years, Innichen is invaded for three days by joy, music and large celebrations. The next edition is scheduled from 14th to 16th July 2023.
Just as for the recent editions of this festival, the associations and groups of Innichen, will give of their best to impress visitors with culinary delights and a lot of entertainment.
The dishes served during this joyful feast are the more traditional dishes like deer goulash, dumplings with speck and roast chicken. However, there are also new ones, such as leg of suckling pig with salad potato, “hellish” kebabs and the tortillas, the toast of pirates, the fillet of sharks and specialities of sport fishing in Innichen in the Dolomites – in addition to the classic Schlutzkrapfen, Tirtlan, Strauben and apple fritters.
All these delicious dishes are accompanied by live music presented by local and foreign bands.
