Whether it's tender venison ragout, juicy saddle of venison steak or aromatic porcini mushroom rösti – the participating hosts present a varied range of regional delicacies that combine the best of the forest and autumn atmosphere. These can be accompanied by matching local wines that perfectly complement the palate and underline the character of the cuisine in the Meran region.
