Welcome to the Klimaresidence Mittendorf***

In the Klimaresidence Mittendorf in Schenna near Meran, you will feel well from the very first moment! In our house, you can enjoy a comfortable, but also ecologically friendly stay. We rely on optimal thermal insulation and natural wood furniture, a solar system for hot water, a photovoltaic system for electricity and, in addition, a pellet heating system.

Garden, rooms and flats

The Klimaresidence Mittendorf offers a beautiful garden as well as rooms and apartments in different sizes for 2 to 6 people. All rooms have satellite TV, internet access, phone, radio, safe and balcony. In the holiday flats you will find also a cosy living area and a fully equipped kitchenette. For our guests, we also offer an indoor garage.

Breakfast and off to adventure

In the morning, on request, we offer a rich breakfast buffet, enjoying the great view of the surrounding mountains. Our house is surrounded by a unique natural landscape, where you can go hiking and biking, or you can make a trip to the nearby spa town Meran. In winter, you can quickly get to the Meran 2000 ski area and beautiful routes for winter and snowshoe hikes will be waiting for you as well.

It was our first time there. Well-furnished room, "Laugen" (Lyme), despite the lack of dishes, etc. Be sure to bring dishwasher tablets, soap, dishwashing liquid, a tea towel, and a cloth. Nice owners and beautiful hiking trails in the area. Unfortunately, we're deducting points for the high noise level due to the location on the main road, which we were aware of. Be sure to turn down the rolls, otherwise you'll have the heat in the apartment, and it'll be difficult to sleep in the evening. We didn't have breakfast, which was fine for everyone, as we're flexible with our meals.

Very nice accommodation. This was my second stay. The only downside is the kitchen, which unfortunately has hardly any cutlery and no washing-up utensils. Otherwise, the price/performance ratio is top-notch. There's a balcony, a great view, and a very, very friendly host.

I have been coming to Schenna for 25 years and 2 in a row to this place, a familiar and comfortable place, the rooms are very nice and spacious, I highly recommend it

We had a wonderful vacation in Schenna. The hosts are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and modern. You have everything you need for self-catering, and the location is perfect. If you're in Schenna, we'll definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for everything.

We stayed at the Klimaresidence Mittdorf at the beginning of September 2021. We received a warm welcome, and throughout the entire week, the staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. The accommodation is immaculately maintained, clean, and modern. The breakfast simply lacks nothing! We'll definitely be back!

Very modern and well-equipped vacation apartment. The hosts are extremely hospitable and accommodating; you immediately feel at home. The apartments facing the courtyard are extremely quiet despite their central location. We'll be back!
