Our residence is located in the heart of the Dolomites and at the foot of the Seiser Alm pasture, offering apartments and comfortable rooms. The Natur Residence Dolomitenhof**** is ideal for all those, who are looking for unforgettable holidays in the South Tyrolean mountain world. The Seiser Alm is the highest pasture in Europe and offers many holiday activities at any season, such as hiking tours, mountain biking, climbing and skiing.

Charming hideaway in a quiet location

During your stay at the Nature Residence Dolomitenhof in Seis, you enjoy the quiet, nature and the authentic life in the mountains. From the apartments, you have a magnificent view over the Schlern massif. The natural wooden furniture and the Hüsler Nest nature beds make you enjoy a pleasant sleep. Each apartment offers one or two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, wooden floors, a tiled stove and a bathtub with spa functions. The elegant rooms dispose of a whirlpool tub, too.

Excellent breakfasts & relaxing wellness

Every morning begins with a rich breakfast buffet with homemade wholemeal bread and bio corner. Wellness lovers may look forward to our indoor pool, various saunas and the beauty studio, where you are pampered with massages and beauty treatments on request. Our house is the perfect accommodation for families. Our little guests will be delighted by our playroom and the children’s library.

Very cozy and personally run. The hotelier's wife makes her own jams and chutneys...and bakes gluten-free millet bread for breakfast.

Beautiful hotel, right below the Santnerspitze, and in an excellent location for both the city center and the cable car. The bus station is just a few meters away. We were pampered by the owners, who were extremely kind and professional. The breakfast was a five-star affair with local products and homemade cakes made by the owner. There's also an indoor pool and sauna. We'll definitely be back.

Dolomitenhof is a gem. The building goes back more than 100 years. So it has one rare thing: real character. During our stay it never felt crowded. The service was not just impeccable but super warm and friendly. The breakfast is so lovingly prepared, it is hard to explain. Most food is local, peaches from the garden. They get their coffee beans from Bolzano because the roasters nearby deteriorated in quality. A lot of variety during the week so it doesn’t get boring. Our room was excellent and extremely clean. What I liked was the view, the quality of the bed, wooden floors, no carpets. The Jacuzzi in the room worked perfectly. Caveats: The last renovation was a while ago, the pool is not large and the sauna is tiny. It is not a Spa hotel. The location could not be better: Super close to walk to the cable car, the bus station or the local shops, but totally removed from any traffic noise. There was ample space to park the car without extra charge. The price we paid was a great deal for what we got.

The owners were very welcoming. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment is fully equipped, clean, bright, and has a lovely balcony overlooking the Sciliar. The breakfast was excellent and generous, with homemade jams. We also used the indoor pool, and the hosts provided bathrobes. The location is central, yet the building is absolutely quiet. We had an excellent experience from July 3 to 13, 2023.

Very nice experience. Beautiful, well-equipped apartments, close to the center and the funicular on foot. Marco is very friendly and provides all the information needed for a pleasant stay. We appreciated the daily delivery of fresh bread, the spa, and the swimming pool after a day of hiking.

We had a great stay. Everything was perfect, the hosts are welcoming and thoughtful and the food is amazing. The hotel is charming and spotless. Absolutely perfect.

We were eight people visiting the hotel. From we arrived until we left we had a fantastic stay. Nice rooms, a very good breakfast and Marco gave us good advises where to hike, eat and so on. If we come back to this part of Italy, we definately will use this hotel again.
