Ruster Resort

We've vacationed in Rust several times, so that says it all. We really appreciate the Algund card. Unfortunately, our breakfast waitress wasn't very friendly. We only have positive memories of her last year. The manager still takes some getting used to. We missed something to put things down in the bathroom.

Reviews should be written promptly, as impressions are still fresh then. Resort: Overall, I really liked the resort. Everything is very well-maintained, and for a three-star resort, everything you need for a relaxing holiday is there. The service at breakfast was very friendly and attentive. I didn't miss anything at breakfast. I was especially able to enjoy the outdoor facilities with the pool, whirlpools, and sauna in peace and quiet until 8:00 p.m. Room: I stayed in the Schönblick single room. Great room with a custom-made bed. Really great because it's a bit wider. The bathroom was a bit cramped overall, but fine for me. The great terrace made up for that. I didn't like that the loose shower rod, which I complained about on the first day, wasn't fixed or secured during my four-day stay. The location is great, quiet, and only a good 10-minute walk to the village. I went there for dinner on the fourth evening, after not really enjoying the restaurant's beer garden the first three evenings. The food is really good, but the portions are too small for me, as an active vacationer. Reordering was possible, but of course, there was a charge. What bothered me most, however, was that the area around it was being cleaned up while I was eating. The heaters were only on on the first and third evenings. The waiters generally seemed stressed and annoyed. It's a shame, because the beer garden is a great place to sit and relax. I just left afterward. All in all, I would be happy to come back and can recommend the resort.

We stayed at the hotel for a week at the end of September and were very satisfied with the service and friendliness of the staff. The outdoor pool is a good temperature, not too cold, and perfect for swimming. The sauna and whirlpools are also very nice and well-maintained. We always feel very comfortable.

My husband and I felt very comfortable at the Hotel Ruster-Resort-Friedheim. The beautiful location with a magnificent view from our lovely room, which was always very clean, was wonderful. The breakfast was also excellent and lovingly prepared. The entire service was simply superb. Everything was perfect. We will definitely come back!

We felt very comfortable. We had a spacious and very clean room at the Livehotel Friedheim. The breakfast was excellent, very plentiful, and there was something for everyone. The staff is very friendly. The hotel's Rusterkeller restaurant is also highly recommended. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back.

Always a great place to relax and unwind for a few days. Ideal location, quick access to Merano and on the way to Bolzano. Very good amenities, excellent breakfast. It's just perfect. Always happy to come back.

Beautiful location

We were here in September. The first week, we had 24-27 degrees Celsius and were able to use the outdoor pool with its beautiful garden and comfortable loungers. The whirlpools are really good, and the sauna is also very nice. We had a room in the Schönblick, which was small but nice with a panoramic view of the valley. Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was good; even when it was busy, you didn't have to wait long. It was a really nice place to relax. Many thanks to the staff.

We've been here several times now, and once again, there's nothing to complain about. The rooms and the entire complex are very clean and well-maintained, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant are always excellent.
