Granpanorama Hotel Sambergerhof

We vacationed here from October 26th to 30th, 2025. The house is very nice, the room small but functional. Plenty of space to store luggage. The bathroom is lovely, clean, and even has a large window for ventilation. The spa area is perfect for relaxing, and the heated outdoor pool and whirlpool make it even better. Breakfast and dinner left nothing to be desired. The wine list is very extensive. The public bus even stops right outside and is free of charge. The hosts are very attentive and maintained personal contact with the guests. It was a very, very pleasant and high-quality stay for us.

Beautiful hotel in an absolutely dream location!!! Breakfast and dinner leave nothing to be desired, all with a magnificent view of the Dolomites. A very nice wellness area. I 100% recommend this hotel!

We spent a few days at the Hotel Sambergerhof. The welcome from the owner was very friendly and attentive. The staff was just as attentive, courteous, and friendly every day. The view of the magnificent Dolomites panorama was impressive and captivated us from morning to night. We simply couldn't get enough of it. At breakfast and dinner, no wish was left unfulfilled. After dinner, relaxing at the bar was not mandatory, but a pleasure. We took excursions to the nearby towns of Bressanone and Chiusa, including a lovely stroll through the old town, as well as hikes on the nearby Alpe di Siusi and Alpe di Villandro. The latter can be easily reached by bus (free of charge) from the hotel. One day, we were able to enjoy a delightful hut tour on the Alpe di Villandro using e-bikes borrowed from the hotel. Many thanks to the Brunner family and the entire Reichenbacher family team for the wonderful vacation.

Panoramic view of the mountains very nice. The food was good, we just would have liked fresh bread and rolls ;) It wasn't completely fresh, unfortunately.

The staff is fantastic and very friendly. Even in bad weather, the manager is always ready to help and offers suggestions for making the day a pleasant experience. The wellness area is very well-maintained and a place for relaxation. Massages can also be booked. I can only say that you can't miss this. A hotel I highly recommend.

The hotel is located at an altitude of approximately 1,800 meters. It offers outstanding panoramic views. The hotel's own arnica tincture is especially recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Granpanorama Wellness Hotel Sambergerhof. Angelika's welcome was warm, and we received a good introduction to the various areas of the hotel. Our traditional room with wooden furniture was cozy and clean. While modernization would certainly add even more sparkle to the hotel, we felt comfortable even as it was. The breakfast buffet is truly extensive and leaves little to be desired. In the afternoon, there's a fine selection of cakes, and at dinner, the set menu impresses with a variety of dishes – there's something for every taste. The drink prices are also very fair. The staff are consistently very friendly and welcoming. One small improvement would be to keep things a little more relaxed during meal times and not start setting the table for breakfast while guests are still having dinner. Things like this can be easily optimized and would further enhance the overall very good impression. The complex itself is well-maintained, with a charming little petting zoo directly behind the hotel – a nice extra, especially for families. The wellness area is rather small, but offers various saunas and the opportunity to create your own infusions. The area is a bit dated; the steam sauna, in particular, needs updating, and the ventilation could be improved. The relaxation room, however, is a highlight: panoramic views, soft music, and a small tea bar truly invite you to relax. Roland's massage is also highly recommended – top-notch and extremely soothing. Summary: A very nice hotel in a fantastic location for hiking, cleanly managed, and with good value for money. Despite some minor room for improvement, we felt comfortable and can definitely recommend the hotel. We would be happy to come back!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect from start to finish. In the morning we were greeted by a wonderfully rich breakfast with a perfect view of the surrounding mountains - a great start to the day, which set us up for all the trips and walks. The room was spacious, stylishly furnished, with a nice balcony and a beautiful view. Very comfortable beds and absolute cleanliness underlined the overall impression and ensured maximum comfort. Dinner was a real experience - a five-course menu with a choice, complemented by a rich salad bar, where everyone found their own. Perfectly prepared appetizers, main courses and desserts, all complemented by excellent drinks and drinks from the hotel bar. We also really appreciate the fact that, by agreement, it is possible to bring dogs with you to dinner, and the hotel has a room adapted for this. That is a big plus for us. The possibility of accommodation with dogs is also a big plus, which is an absolute priority for us. Another huge advantage is the convenient parking right at the hotel and, above all, the wonderful treks and trips that start right outside the door. The wellness area exceeded all expectations - a panoramic pool, hot tubs with breathtaking views, plenty of loungers to relax on and a beautiful sauna world where we had a great time after an active day. The staff was always pleasant, helpful and accommodating. We would especially like to thank Mr. Štefan, who looked after us with great care and made us feel at home. It is clear that the hotel has a family atmosphere and guests really come first. We have not a single thing we could fault.
