The family-run La Maiena Meran Resort in Marling impresses with a luxurious ambience with heart and a panoramic dream location above the rooftops of Meran. Just a few minutes from the town, our hotel surrounded by sun-drenched apple orchards offers a wide panorama from Mediterranean gardens to imposing South Tyrolean mountain peaks and an ideal starting point for a variety of activities. Following the refurbishment in 2024, this exceptional holiday home will be even more spacious and modern with new highlights such as the Sensa Spa.

All rooms and suites have a balcony or terrace and high-quality furnishings with wooden floors, TV, minibar and air conditioning. Our culinary team will spoil you in the restaurant and in the new Nörder Bar with delicious flavour creations that harmoniously combine local ingredients and Mediterranean influences. Breakfast on the sun terrace guarantees an enjoyable start to the day with homemade specialities and carefully selected products. The wellness area, newly built in 2024, invites you to take a relaxing break: it includes indoor and outdoor pools, 4 relaxation rooms, 5 different saunas, a hairdressing salon and a face & nail bar.

Varied holiday experiences

The sports programme at La Maiena Meran Resort is also impressive: The choice ranges from 2 tennis courts and a fitness room to guided bike tours and hikes to yoga and Pilates classes. Golf fans will be delighted by the Lana golf course, just 10 kilometres away. The nearby train and bus stops offer convenient connections to Meran, Bozen and Mals, and the journey is free for our guests. We also offer a parking space in our hotel garage free of charge and a shuttle service to and from the airport in Bozen on request.

A dream, unforgettable stay! We found ourselves in Marlengo, just steps from beautiful Merano, in a unique and evocative mountain setting with a stunning view of the city. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort. From the rich and varied breakfasts to the gourmet dinners, every moment at the table was a feast for the palate in an environment where we felt truly pampered. The staff was friendly and always available, ready to satisfy every need with courtesy and kindness. It's the ideal place for those seeking relaxation, good food, and a unique and authentic experience in the mountains. We can't wait to return to relive these sensations and moments of true serenity and relaxation.

A very beautiful hotel with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent service in the dining room and kitchen, with a varied and varied menu, including vegan options. A sauna area for events with three infusions a day. The highlight is the cold plunge pool after the infusion, which not all hotels offer. Excellent cleanliness.

This wasn't our first time here, and we would definitely come back! The service is very attentive, and the hotel, including the new bar and reception area, is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast buffet is incredibly varied, with fresh food, fresh juices, South Tyrolean speck and cheese, healthy yogurts, and so much more – and you won't get overwhelmed! ️ We were also very impressed with the dinner. The location is perfect for hiking, and you can reach Merano in 20 minutes by bus. The view is fantastic. The only thing we missed was towels at the indoor and outdoor pools, like the ones in the spa area. Thank you for the wonderful time!

We spent a week there during the autumn holidays and felt right at home from the very beginning. The service was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always cheerful – you could tell they put their heart into their work. We had our dog with us, and he was also warmly welcomed everywhere, which we especially appreciated. In the evenings, there was live music, which created a wonderful atmosphere – perfect for winding down the day. The food was consistently delicious, freshly prepared, and beautifully presented. You could tell they paid attention to quality and flavor. The view of Merano and the surrounding mountains was simply breathtaking – whether at breakfast or dinner, the view was always a highlight. Overall, it was a wonderful week with a great atmosphere, excellent service, and a true holiday feeling. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it!

️️️️️ A dream vacation at La Maiena Resort! We felt completely at ease at La Maiena Resort – whether as a family or a couple, there's truly something for everyone! The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, and the entire team is incredibly friendly and attentive. There are fantastic offers for families and plenty of space for everyone to move around freely. At the same time, the adults-only area is perfect for unwinding and enjoying yourself – wonderfully quiet, stylish, and with a touch of luxury. The sauna infusions deserve special mention – simply amazing! ‍️ You can tell that true professionals are at work. The entire spa area is impeccably maintained and leaves nothing to be desired. The culinary offerings are equally impressive – from breakfast to the evening menu, simply delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. We will definitely be back!
