UPD: After 4 days here I want to say that it’s the best hotel ever. Absolutely amazing hotel, feels like 6 stars, not 4. Spacious rooms, delicious food, awesome spa zone! And big thanks to all people who work here and make our experience perfect. Can't wait to come back!! The only minor thing which can improve the experience — kettle in a room

We had a wonderful stay. The staff, especially the owners, were extremely friendly and accommodating! The spa area and rooms were fantastic! The food was 10/10! We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful location & friendly staff, but disappointing reaction from the manager We spent a few days at the Waldrast Hotel in Siusi allo Sciliar. The hotel is generally very beautifully located, the ambiance pleasant, and all the staff – including the manager – were consistently friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our room wasn't completely clean upon arrival. The manager and his wife inspected the situation themselves, and the problem was subsequently resolved. They also accommodated us in this matter, which we appreciated and found entirely reasonable. What was very disappointing, however, was the situation upon departure. Upon checkout, my wife simply pointed out again in a friendly manner that some areas seemed uncleaned for a while – a reminder for the future, not a complaint. The manager then said he didn't want to accuse us of anything, but the dirt could have been planted or brought into the room upon entry. However, given the nature of the dirt, this was out of the question, especially since he had seen the spots himself. He also said at checkout that, thanks to their kindness, we had stayed with them "virtually for free." That's not true – we booked the two days through Booking and paid almost €600 for it, despite the discount. The fact that the hotel is listed there and has to pay a commission, meaning they didn't make a profit from us, is their own decision and cannot be blamed on the guests. Conclusion: An otherwise pleasant stay with very friendly staff, but the manager's unprofessional/accusatory comments at checkout left a bitter aftertaste.

Clean modern hotel nestled amongst the forest was being walking distance from the centre of town. Indoor/outdoor pool, spa, gym and Coworking facilities but the standout is the excellent, friendly and attentive staff.

Recently renovated; beautiful minimalist design; pleasant rooms. However, air conditioning isn't available in all rooms (only works in summer). For the price, the breakfast is too small, and the hospitality/service is disappointing throughout the hotel.

Great and calm place. The food is excellent, both breakfast and dinner, and the rooms and hotel facilities are great. Staff is very friendly. It's a short walk to the gondola that brings you to Seiser Alm.

A very nice, cozy hotel with a small but excellent wellness area. About a 10-minute walk from the gondola, it's very quiet. A very good restaurant with a limited menu (no set menus, no half-board).
