The hotel is situated on an idyllic high plateau on the verge of the Dolomites and is characterised by a picturesque view to Etschtal, to Tramin and Kaltern. We will welcome you with many new features: 21 new double rooms, 7 new suites, new reception, sauna world on the top floor, sun terrace on the roof, charging stations for e-cars, bike depot with charging station for e-bikes.

We lay great emphasis on a cosy atmosphere and courteous service, and we do all to ensure you a pleasant and unforgettable stay. We were very impressed by the hotel, its location, facilities, comfort, and value for money. We would especially like to highlight that the staff met high standards in every respect; furthermore, Mr. and Mrs. March (the hotel owners) always went out of their way to ensure their guests’ well-being. We felt very, very comfortable there thanks to the extremely friendly and professional way in which we, as guests, were “looked after.”

We stayed for 5 days at Hotel Tenz, in a mountain-view room on the 3rd floor. The view from the balcony—and even from the bed—was fantastic. The owners, Silvia and Thomas, are so warm and welcoming—a quality you rarely find.The staff, especially Verena, took great care of us. We went on excursions in all directions along the Wine Route. The only thing we felt could be improved was the food.

The location is absolutely fantastic for us—very quiet and a bit away from the hustle and bustle, with a stunning view. The hotel is nestled among apple orchards and vineyards and features a beautiful outdoor pool, which is also a bit off the beaten path but just a 5-minute walk away. Breakfast left nothing to be desired, and the dinner menu was something special—not your everyday fare. It was just right for us, though big eaters will surely have to ask for seconds. The couple who run the place were especially friendly, helpful, and approachable. The information provided at check-in about how the hotel operates and where everything is located was really helpful. They were also happy to offer tips on things to do in the area and asked for feedback right away. There’s a separate bike room with charging stations for e-bikes, as well as the option to rent a bike on short notice....
