Incredibly beautiful, incredibly welcoming, incredibly delicious, incredibly clean!!! Everything was perfect, absolutely top-notch!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful eight days in your beautiful house!!! We will definitely be back!!!!!

I stayed with my wife and two other couples at this splendid hotel from November 9th to 13th, 2025. Four days of absolute relaxation and fun. I had high expectations, and they were far exceeded. Stunning location, immaculately clean, and top-notch organization. The room was spacious, bright, and equipped with every comfort—truly a dream. The food was top-notch, from breakfast to dinner, an absolute pleasure for both the palate and the eyes. The wellness area was first-rate; I've seen and frequented dozens of them in other hotels, but this one is my top choice, both for its size and for the quality and variety of services offered. The spa experience was also wonderful, where I found the staff to be highly professional. The beauty staff, Franziska and Emily, were wonderful, friendly, and competent. Special thanks to Roberto, our Chef de Rang. Congratulations to Mr. Manuel from his family, who, supported by highly trained staff, run this wonderful hotel. Those who seek perfection should first learn humanity. This is a magnificent hotel that deserves more than unfair criticism. We are currently spending our vacation at this hotel. I find it very disconcerting how harshly and arrogantly some guests try to publicly disparage a hotel and its staff. Anyone with even a modicum of empathy knows that behind every service are people – not machines. People who give their best with heart, patience, and passion to ensure guests have a relaxing stay. We have stayed in numerous 5-star wellness hotels – many of them in South Tyrol. Hotel Quelle is one of those that truly stands out. From the moment you arrive, you feel the warmth and hospitality with which this hotel is run. No contrived luxury, but genuine hospitality combined with the highest level of professionalism. The entire team works attentively, respectfully, and with palpable joy – something that cannot be forced, but can only be found where people are truly passionate about their work. We are proud of our experience. The wellness area is impressive: several saunas and pools, a natural spa with mountain views – all meticulously maintained, harmoniously designed, and utterly tranquil. Relaxation is truly a way of life here. Anyone who finds dissatisfaction in such an environment has clearly been looking for it. The hotel also plays in the top league when it comes to cuisine. From breakfast to lunch/afternoon snacks to the gourmet dinner menu – every course is a delight. You can taste the quality and passion of the kitchen team, who obviously work with joy and creativity. The service staff are always friendly, attentive, and genuine. The room is stylish, spotlessly clean, and inviting – with high-quality materials, thoughtful details, and ample storage space! Of course, you can find something in any hotel that isn't perfect. But true greatness is shown in how you deal with it. What's with the defamation? It must stem from a terribly wounded ego. The baseless 1-star review I'm referring to is unfair, malicious, and clearly aimed at causing harm. A review that deliberately exaggerates, mocks, or belittles staff says more about the writer's character than about the hotel itself. Those who value respect and humanity should remember that behind every service are people giving their best. Hotel Quelle stands for authenticity, warmth, and a luxury that comes from within – not through superficial glamour, but through genuine warmth, attentiveness, and a love for detail. A heartfelt thank you to the entire Quelle team – you prove that true hospitality is not a trend, but a way of life.

We are huge Quelle fans! We've been coming here for many years! We've even gotten our family members hooked! Over the years, we've witnessed many renovations and expansions of the hotel! Everything is top-notch: staff, service, rooms, food, spa, etc.! We'll be back again, as we are every year!

We spent four wonderful days here with the whole family. The location is unique. The hotel and the entire complex are a dream. The service was attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly. The wines and food were outstanding. A feast for the eyes and the palate. A truly top-notch experience!

The best in the alps. Nice holiday

I stayed for 4 days in this magnificent structure. Rooms, cleanliness, hospitality and service are top notch. I was in the spa area for a long time, very beautiful, I suggest paying more attention to enforcing the rules of silence, low-voiced chatter and silence. Another tip at the restaurant is not to serve overcooked rice. I tried it twice and it was clear that it had been cooked for over an hour. I would remove it from the menu. Good wine list. I recommend it.

We stayed at Hotel Quelle during the off-season and were absolutely delighted! Despite the quieter time of year, everything was perfect – the hotel is beautiful, very well-maintained, and spotlessly clean. We would especially like to commend the staff: always friendly, attentive, and courteous without being intrusive.

At first, I didn't think the price was cheap, but I wanted to be surprised, and what can I say? Every penny was worth it! The food was phenomenal and there was a lot of it. The staff was very helpful and friendly—the only thing they could perhaps add is hand cream in the sauna and bathing areas… but that's really nitpicking… the photo is a perfect example of what they call service… we'll definitely be back!

I recommend it to everyone...a sublime place to experience at least once a year...compliments to the staff, all very kind and smiling
