Our family-run hotel lies in the small village of Eggen, which is part of the municipality of Deutschnofen. The Dorfhotel Moar am Latemar impresses with its dreamlike position in the heart of the Dolomites and close to the lifts of ski and hiking area Obereggen. Our rooms are furnished with wood and feature a balcony or terrace. They are equipped with satellite TV, a safe and WiFi. Even more spacious and luxurious is our FILAZI – Moar’s Hittl suite, spanning 80 square metres over two floors. With our generous breakfast selection, you can get your day off to the best possible start. In the evening, the host and his team will treat you to a four-course menu. You can relax in our wellness oasis, which features a Finnish sauna, steam room, whirlpool and infrared cabin. Our highlight is the indoor swimming pool with large panoramic windows that can be opened out onto the garden.

The impressive peaks and wide Alpine meadows invite you to make sporty discovery tours at any season. In winter, Obereggen ski area is a paradise for skiers, snowboarders and tobogganers. The Dolomites – UNESCO World Natural Heritage – is ideal for cross-country skiers, snowshoe hikers and ski mountaineers too. In summer, there are dreamlike tours for hikers and climbers, cyclists and motor bikers. The beautiful capital Bozen can be reached in 20 minutes by car and alternatively by bus.
