Chef Florian Pichler and his team offer varied culinary experiences within the half board. They mainly use fresh products by local farmers, as the main focus is on regional and seasonal specialities: for the breakfast buffet, the afternoon snack and the 5-course menu of your choice at dinner. Enjoy authentic South Tyrolean hospitality and a delicious cuisine!
