Welcome to Berggasthof Plörr on Ritten!

The small but nice mountain inn Berggasthof Plörr in Oberinn on the sunny high plateau of Ritten is an inside tip for a pleasant hiking holiday in South Tyrol. The dreamlike position, the cosy ambiance and the unique panoramic view from the peaks of the Dolomites to the Ortler group are the special characteristics of our house.

Cosy apartments & traditional cuisine

In the comfortably and lovingly furnished guestrooms with shower/toilet and balcony, you will surely feel like at home. In the rustic restaurant the hostess herself spoils you with delicious specialities of the South Tyrolean cuisine and lays great emphasis on healthy, local products - according to the season also from our farm.

Active holidays on the Ritten high plateau

In summer, you can visit also our rustic alpine huts on the walk to Mt. Rittner Horn, where we invite you to spend convivial hut evenings. The autumn in the Berggasthof Plörr is marked by the traditional custom of "Törggelen".

My first motorcycle vacation in South Tyrol. And then such a beautiful, quiet place with a top-notch host and his fantastic team. A plentiful breakfast, an absolutely fantastic dinner, and the hike to the alpine hut was the highlight.
I'll definitely be back. Thank you for the wonderful time.

I found this hotel on Google Maps and had a very comfortable stay. The homemade breakfast was delicious, and dinner, which could be reserved the morning of the day, was also delicious, with the taste and portions just right for Japanese people! I highly recommend joining the hiking dinner every Tuesday night. The warm hospitality and homely atmosphere made it relaxing. We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you to Herbert, his family, and all the staff!

Me, my wife and daughter stayed for 3 nights and absolutely loved being here. The views are amazing, Herbert and Andrea are excellent hosts and I particularly loved the walks and trails, all really well sign posted that allowed us to wander in this beautiful area (we were lent a map too). Will hopefully return again one day.

We've been coming here for years. There's a wonderful terrace with a stunning view of the Dolomites. Herbert, his family, and the team make you feel right at home. The breakfast is varied and the dinner is excellent. We'll definitely be back. Thank you so much for the wonderful days.

We were there from Friday to Sunday and explored the area. This time we arrived by car; next time we'll be by motorbike. We received a very friendly welcome. Communication was generally straightforward. For dinner, you can choose the day before or the morning after. It was delicious. Both days, they served a large salad. Breakfast was plentiful, with fresh coffee and a delicious boiled egg. We had a lovely view from our room, which overlooked the Dolomites. The room was a good size, though there was no TV. The bathroom had a tub and shower. Everything was modern and clean.

The mountain inn impresses with its breathtaking views of the Dolomites. Furthermore, the staff are warm, hospitable, and incredibly friendly. We were even allowed to store our motorcycles because rain was forecast. Excellent service!
We had a fantastic stay and would love to come back!
