Welcome to the Haus von Spinn in Goldrain!

The Haus von Spinn is located in Goldrain, a district of Latsch in Vinschgau, at 650 meters above sea level in a quiet and sunny position. Around our house there are beautiful orchards and you have direct access to Martell Valley and the Stelvio National Park, ideal for hiking, nature and outdoors lovers.

Inviting apartments

We offer our guests friendly and warm apartments of various sizes with living room, kitchenette with refrigerator and electric stove, bedroom, balcony, bathroom with shower/WC, satellite TV, telephone and safe.

Exploring Vinschgau valley

We are located only 25 km far from the spa town of Meran and 55 km far from the famous lake Reschensee. In the vicinity of our house you can admire castles and churches, chapels, monuments and historic buildings of South Tyrol. Very nice is the apple blossom in spring or harvest of apples in autumn, when you can enjoy roasted chestnuts and new wine in the cellars of the area. We are a partner of Tarscher Alm and AquaForum swimming pool in Latsch. The VinschgauCard is also inclusive for our guests.

Extremely kind and empathetic hosts, to whom I wish all the best from the bottom of my heart. We were able to move into the accommodation at very short notice. The furnishings are a bit dated, but the value for money is excellent.

Die Wohnung war auch ohne Auto gut erreichbar. Es gab einen schönen Garten, tolle Balkone und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants war ebenfalls toll.

We're staying at the von Spinn family's home until mid-August. As soon as we arrived, the owner went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, offering logistical and tourist information. The apartment is very spacious and bright, with a panoramic balcony overlooking the lush apple orchards. The location is very convenient for public transportation and hiking trails. Quiet and peaceful, ideal for relaxing and recharging your batteries.

Cozy vacation apartment; the furnishings and amenities are a bit dated. However, everything is very clean and works. The mattresses were unfortunately a bit saggy, but that's the only criticism. The bike storage room is spacious and alarmed. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for biking! The prices are extremely fair. I can recommend it with a clear conscience. Thumbs up
