All our rooms have been completely renovated and combine functionality and typical alpine style. The rooms can be double, triple or with four beds, ideal for those travelling with family. The guest rooms have shower, WC, telephone, safe, satellite TV (300 programs), radio, Wi-Fi and a balcony from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the surroundings of Reischach. In addition, our Hotel Akelei offers a winter garden, a terrace, TV room, living room, relaxation area, bicycle and ski storage, as well as bicycles and equipment for Nordic walking.

For gourmets & active guests

A rich breakfast buffet, delicious four-course menus with South Tyrolean and Italian delicacies and a well-stocked wine cellar await all gourmets and wine connoisseurs. It should also be mentioned that there are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts of all ages in the area around our hotel. First and foremost is the nearby skiing and hiking resort Kronplatz with marvellous ski slopes, downhill trails and hiking paths for every taste.

The hospitality is outstanding and they're always willing to offer suggestions for things to do in the area. They're always up for a chat, whether it's at 7 a.m. or late at night. The food was also delicious. You can choose your meal in the morning (€20 per person). In the evening, a 5-course dinner awaits, with two main courses to choose from. Everything is homemade and made with love for the guests, and you can taste the difference! Recycling is also a priority, with all ingredients used to minimize waste (sustainability). Charging your car is available at the hotel's charging station. This belongs to the owner, but we were also allowed to use it upon request for a standard fee. While the interior is indeed a 3-star hotel, you receive service worthy of 5 stars. The rooms are spacious and clean, and housekeeping is provided daily. The village itself offers a variety of amenities, including a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, and souvenir shop. There are also several restaurants within walking distance. This hotel is an excellent base for hiking in the surrounding area. Most of it is within a 40-minute drive. From there, you can begin your adventure!

If you're looking for perfection, then you've come to the right place. A small hotel where you feel at home. Simply spectacular cuisine. Impeccably clean. Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds (a rarity). The owners are incredibly friendly. Absolutely worth a try and we'll be back again and again. Congratulations!

The hotel is in a great location, Mrs. Frida's cuisine is excellent, the rooms are reasonably clean, the only flaw is that in the half-board plan, water is not included with dinner (3.50 euros for a 75cl bottle), and for a family of 4 you need at least three: translated, 10 euros per day for water....

I highly recommend this hotel. In the many times we've spent our holidays there, both winter and summer, we've had nothing but positive things to say. The rooms were always very clean, the food was delicious and well-balanced. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout.

All praise for this family hotel. The host is extremely kind and attentive, the service is at a high level, and the food and selection of dishes by the host are especially outstanding. The overall experience was excellent and I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants quality accommodation and service.

This was our second time there, unfortunately only for 3 or 4 days. We met up with friends who have been guests there for about 30 years. We received a friendly welcome and always had a pleasant stay. Everything was just right at this family-run hotel. Beautiful, well-equipped rooms, excellent food and service, a great location, a bus stop across the street, a ski storage room, and a lift to Kronplatz within a 10-minute walk. During the winter season, the owner runs a shuttle service.

This cozy little hotel is fantastic. The hosts, the rooms, and especially the food couldn't be better. I can highly recommend the Akelei.
