Our apartments are located in a very quiet and sunny position in Pedratsches, part of the municipality of Abtei. The ideal place to spend unforgettable holidays in the Dolomites with a magnificent view, among other on the Heiligkreuzkofel. Your apartment is situated only a few minutes on foot from the village centre, a bus stop and the surrounding ski lift facilities.

Comfort & cosiness

Our four inviting apartments – with a traditional and tasteful style – dispose of any comfort. Suitable for 2-5 persons, they are perfect for holidays with the entire family or with a group of friends. The apartments offer a balcony with breath-taking panoramic view, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed and a bathroom. For a pleasant stay, we also offer our proper bed linen and towels, satellite TV and a garden with barbecue corner, where your children may play in plain nature without any concern.

Varied activities in Alta Badia

In summer, thanks to its idyllic position in the heart of the Dolomites – part of the UNESCO World Nature Heritage – our Apartments Ciaminades in Abtei are a good starting point for hikes and tours by bike or mountain bike in the Nature Parks Fanes-Sennes-Prags and Puez-Geisler. During the cold months, you can enjoy the wonderful snowy winter landscape on the perfectly prepared slopes of the skiing area Heilig Kreuz in Abtei. Relax and enjoy the quiet in close contact with nature!

This is my third time staying at Sabine's, and I feel right at home. The apartments are bright, spacious, and spotlessly clean, with beautiful views and a balcony and table for breakfast, an aperitif, or dinner al fresco. The area is quiet and peaceful. The owner is very kind and helpful.

When you arrive at Ciaminades, at Sabine and Paul's, with a splendid view of the Sas dla Crusc, you immediately feel at home. The apartments are very welcoming, well-kept, and spotlessly clean. My family and I have been staying there for many years, and over time, we've realized we couldn't have chosen a better place for our vacation. Sabine is an excellent hostess and a truly helpful person.

We stayed at the Armentara apartment for 12 days (in September). The furnishings are solid and comfortable. The landlady is very friendly, helpful, and always approachable. The surroundings are beautiful. The view of the Fanes Group from both the east-facing balcony and the Pütz-Geisler Group from the west-facing balcony is magnificent. The apartment is a perfect base camp for breathtaking mountain tours and beautiful hikes. In town, there is a small but excellent supermarket (DeSpar), a bike rental shop (skiTop/BikeTop), and much more. We had a wonderful vacation and will definitely come back. The apartment is top-notch, an absolute recommendation, we would gladly return!

August 2020. We stayed for a week, my wife, son and a little dog, very nice clean attic apartment with a wonderful view thanks also to the location just above the town. The owner was very kind and available for any information.
