Our Hotel Post*** is located in a central position in Kiens in the lower Pustertal. The history of our family-run house dates back to the 17th century, when it had been a postal station and successively an inviting inn on the way through the valley of Pustertal. Today, our guests are offered a comfortable atmosphere, a rich offer as well as hearty hospitality.

In our comfortable rooms, you enjoy relaxing holidays. Apart from the traditional style, they dispose of a bathroom, hairdryer, WLAN, TV, telephone, safe and a balcony in most of the rooms. On South Tyrol’s ski mountain no. 1 (only 9km from our hotel), you enjoy sunny descents and unforgettable moments on the snow.

We stayed at the hotel with a tour group from September 20th to 24th, 2025. A very clean, owner-managed hotel with impeccable service. A large double room and a spacious bathroom with a shower. A balcony with outdoor seating and a view of the river. The dinner and breakfast buffet were impeccable. We can recommend this hotel with a clear conscience.

Beautiful location with a restaurant and swimming pool complete with spa, but located right next to the highway and a railway line, so even though it's a bit far away, you can hear truck traffic and trains at night if you keep the windows open. A beautiful, clean village with a lovely little square. In the aforementioned square, there's a restaurant and pizzeria, as well as a pastry shop that opens very early in the morning. A sore point, besides the lack of air conditioning and if, like me, you end up sleeping on the side of the square, is the noise of trucks unloading various carts starting at 4:30 AM to supply the entire area, making a lot of noise and obviously significantly limiting sleep. I pointed this out to reception at dawn, as I hadn't been able to get any sleep since 4:30 AM, but I received no sign or gesture of apology from the manager. I FEEL LIKE ADVISING THE MANAGER TO REACH AN AGREEMENT WITH OTHER SHOPS OR HOTELS TO LIMIT LOADING AND UNLOADING AT LEAST NOT BEFORE 7/7:30 AM because they really make a crazy noise.

I was a member of a ski group trip with a friend. The hotel is family-run. The young manager seems to be in charge of everything and remained friendly and confident, even amidst the onslaught of ski group members. The senior manager maintains a strict regime. She assigned us seats in the dining room so we weren't seated with our tour group, and she wouldn't negotiate with us.

We stayed at this hotel through Polisportiva Scandianese for the weekend of December 20-22, 2024. The hotel is very welcoming and well-serviced. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is huge, and there's a walk-in shower. The lounge is welcoming, and the wellness center is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing break after a day of skiing, or even just a moment of pampering with your partner (Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, 8-person hot tub, infrared cabin). Of course, there's also a ski room where you can store your skis and boots to dry after a day on the slopes. Recommended.

We stayed at this property for a couple of days and had a positive experience. The room was comfortable, located in the new section, clean, and overlooking the river. We received a warm welcome, appreciated the food, and the friendly, helpful, and courteous service. Recommended.

Stayed there as part of a package skiing trip. The room was older in terms of furnishings, but it had a balcony facing the river, making it quiet. The owners and staff were very attentive to guests. The spa area is as described on the website. It could be a bit larger if the hotel is busy. Overall, I would recommend the hotel.
