The Arbea Apartments are an insider tip in an excellent position between the famous Seiser Alm and St. Ulrich in Gröden in the Dolomites. In our family-run house, you will look forward to tranquillity, well-being and an authentic life in the Dolomites- Our apartments in Pufels offer a magnificent view of the natural landscape in the surroundings and is located only 10-15 minutes by car from Kastelruth or St. Ulrich. The holiday flats Arbea gives high importance to service, sustainability, tradition and innovation.

Maximum comfort while respecting the environment

The apartments are comfortable, lovingly furnished and equipped with natural materials only. The offer a refined combination of colours as well as high-quality kitchen equipment, a private library, stylish handcrafted décor (made by the host herself), high-quality cosmetic products from South Tyrol, a spacious outdoor area and vitalising Grander water from the tap. A mains cut-off guarantees a relaxing sleep without electromagnetic fields saving energy as well. We give high importance to eco-friendly and sustainable solutions. A photovoltaic system generates electricity, solar cells are for hot water and a private pellets heating ensures warmth. The rainwater is caught and used for irrigation in our garden and for toilet flushing. Moreover, we only use biodegradable detergents and cleaning agents. We offer a charging station for electric cars in our garage. On request, we daily bring fresh bread, and you can order fresh milk directly from a farm in the environs. In summer, we offer fresh herbs and vegetables in our garden.

A world of adventures to discover

The surroundings of the Arbea Apartments are ideal for hiking, biking and skiing. Hiking sticks, snow shoes and sleighs are available for free rental. We also offer a storage for bikes and skis with boot dryer. A repair station for bikes and a washing area are available too. With the Mobilcard, you can use all means of public transport as well as the ski and hiking bus, which stops in front of our house, for free. As well, you can participate in an exciting activity programme and enjoy free entrance in the indoor and outdoor pool in St. Ulrich.

Arbea Apartments is located in a truly lovely spot in the small mountain village of Bulla in the Dolomites, with easy access to many excursion destinations and hiking trails. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, and the kitchen was equipped with all the essentials in good quality. The quality and standard in and around the apartment were absolutely top-notch. Silvia and her family were extremely helpful and hospitable, so we had a wonderful holiday stay that we will definitely repeat.

I stayed in the Orde apartment, and it was fantastic! Spacious, clean, and with a beautiful view of the mountain and its church. Located in the small village of Bula, it's pleasantly quiet and close to Ortisei. The hosts are warm and welcoming. They let me taste the local specialty, dumplings, which were delicious!

We stayed in the Orde apartment which is very nice with excellent facilities. The host was wonderful and gave us good details about the surroundings. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Arbea Apartments is a place that left us with wonderful memories and the desire to return.

Highly recommended. The hosts: Very friendly, helpful, and always approachable. The apartment (Avëina): Beautiful, cozy, furnished and decorated with attention to detail. Everything you need is there, including plenty of information materials. The location: Fantastic. Located above Ortisei, you can truly relax and escape the tourist hustle and bustle deeper in the valley. Even without your own car, hourly buses provide easy access to the rest of the valley. We felt completely at home and would book with Arbea again without hesitation.

Dear Sylvia, Eva, Sophia, and Sebald, we were so excited about our vacation with you. It always feels like a little bit of home for us. Your warmth, your conversations with us, your insider tips are unsurpassed. Even though our vacation this year didn't go as I, or rather we, had imagined, you always encouraged us and gave us tips for easy walks. The Avëina vacation apartment is also unbeatable; everything is made of natural materials and lovingly furnished. At the same time, we find it very positive that pets are not allowed in the vacation apartments. From here, you can start hiking or take the bus right away. Thank you so much for an almost wonderful three-week vacation. We'll be back next year.

The Orde apartment we booked is very high quality and furnished with attention to detail. We particularly liked the large number of cupboards, so that you have enough space to store everything, even for a longer period of time. Relaxing vacation in an idyllic place! Arbea Apartments, especially the Delago-Goller host family, provided moments of well-being during our vacation in Pufels. Our Orde holiday apartment was very modern, but at the same time lovingly furnished with everything necessary. The quiet location, with a view of nature and the town center at the same time, was very pleasant. The warm contact with our hosts also brought us closer to the country and its people. Thanks! The incredible number of hiking opportunities in the Val Gardena in the unique mountain world of the Dolomites are also very easy to reach. Accommodation, location, host family - simply unique!!!
