Our Apartments Agnes in St. Ulrich in Gröden are located in a quiet, yet central position. The building is surrounded by the dreamlike peaks of the Dolomites and by flowering meadows. Our apartments are the perfect accommodation for a holiday with kids.

Cosy apartments & garden

For our guests, we offer two cosy apartments for 2-5 persons. They have one or two bedrooms furnished with spruce wood, a bathroom with shower, WC and towel warmer. A kitchen living with sitting area, sofa bed, satellite TV and fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, coffee machine, cutlery, tableware and partially with a dishwasher and a stove. The apartments offer free WLAN and a magnificent view of Sella and Seceda massifs. Right in front of the house, there is a private car parking. Relax in our beautiful garden with sunbeds, umbrella and a small playground with swings, playhouse and sandbox.

Discovering St. Ulrich and its surroundings

The Apartments Agnes are located only 5 minutes on foot from the centre of St. Ulrich. Here, you can find a picturesque pedestrian area, shopping possibilities, restaurants and a playground. Our house is a good starting point for excursions, hikes, walks and bike tours. In winter, the ski bus stops only 100 m from our hotel and takes you to the nearby skiing area easily and quickly.

A wonderful place to relax. The apartment is on the ground floor but bright, clean and spacious. Large yard with plenty of parking space. The gondola departure stations are nearby.

We stayed a week in this apartment in Ortisei for a skiing holiday, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The accommodation is clean, welcoming, and well-equipped, ideal for families and those looking to relax after a day of skiing.
The location is perfect: convenient for the ski lifts, the town center, and all the main amenities, without always needing a car.
The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, always ready to offer helpful advice on slopes, restaurants, and activities in the area. We truly felt at home.
Ortisei is beautiful in the winter, and this apartment made our holiday even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

We stayed with Flavio and Agnes for 14 days, and it was a fantastic two weeks. Everything was perfect. We received a very warm welcome from our landlords, Flavio and Agnes, and they were always very helpful and friendly.
The apartment is very well-maintained and modernly furnished. We immediately felt at home.
The location of the house is also excellent. Very quiet, even though it's in the heart of Ortisei. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the town center.
A small grocery store with baked goods, a fruit and vegetable shop, and a pizzeria are just around the corner.
The bus stop, where you can take buses throughout the entire Val Gardena Valley, is also just a few steps away.
The cable cars to Seceda, Alpe di Siusi, and Rasciesa are a 10-15 minute walk away.
This vacation was one of the best we've ever experienced as a family.
We will definitely come back, and the Agnes Apartment House will remain our first choice.

Agnes Apartments is a place we stumbled upon by chance after a less-than-satisfactory stay elsewhere in Ortisei three years ago.

The place met our expectations so well that we returned again. This time, with our entire family (9 people).

Everyone was delighted!

Clean, well-equipped apartments, and importantly, very spacious.

Very close to the city center.

The owner is personable and helpful.

We'll definitely be back :)

We stayed with a group of five friends in the Sella apartment. It's a very comfortable apartment, and everything was very clean. Flavio was very attentive and always available to answer any questions. One drawback would be that it didn't have a microwave, but the stay was very pleasant. I would definitely recommend it.
