Everything was perfect! The hotel was new, spotlessly clean, and incredibly welcoming. It was a luxury to walk out of the hotel and immediately be on the slopes. The staff was top-notch, always helpful and friendly. Thank you for everything, Philipp, I can't wait to come back.

The rooms are splendid, probably as close to perfection as it gets. Spacious, comfortable, impeccably clean, and truly cozy. The private sauna in the room is a real treat that makes all the difference. The balcony offers a spectacular view directly onto the Baranci slope. Ski rental and storage are very convenient and just steps away, as is the center of San Candido. Highly recommended!

We spent 5 days in the chalet with its own sauna. A peaceful retreat for the whole family, with new, high-quality furnishings. The room boasts a smart and stylish design. Located right next to the ski area, the children could take ski lessons, the family could go sledding, enjoy delicious meals at the restaurant next door, or go shopping in the village. An indoor tennis court, a swimming pool, and great pizza are also available. Highly recommended for action and relaxation for everyone. ️

Wonderful stay on the slopes, gorgeous room, spacious, warm, welcoming, and equipped with every comfort. Fully equipped kitchen. Luxurious and modern atmosphere. Highly recommended, we'll be happy to return!

We stayed for a week during the Christmas holidays. The apartment is new and beautiful, facing the Baranci mountain; all wood-paneled, with an in-room sauna. Philipp, the owner, was extremely kind and available for any request. Thank you so much for everything; we had a wonderful time. See you soon!!

We were pleasantly surprised today; a truly beautiful place has been created here. We stopped in for lunch after cross-country skiing in Sexten, as usual. The atmosphere is lovely, very cozy, and the food is excellent. We will definitely come back.

We stayed at the Kersch Dolomites lodge for the Christmas holidays and fell in love with the brand new facility, with attention to every detail, located in our favorite place. The apartments have just been inaugurated and overlook Mount Baranci and the ski slopes, offering a spectacular view and a panoramic terrace that is beautiful in every season. The facility has a very convenient reserved parking at street level and an elevator that takes you to the apartment floors, making everything accessible for any need. We have been frequenting these areas for over 10 years, and have toured many high-end facilities, but here we truly found an attention and care that does not go unnoticed and that made us fall in love! The apartments are equipped with double doors that isolate perfectly from the outside and offer a large entrance where you can leave shoes and equipment in the convenient closets available. Inside, everything is designed to maximize the space so as to provide infinite storage spaces and leave very little in sight. The kitchen has a large dishwasher, a Jura coffee machine, the kettle and dishes are all Villeroy and Boch, details that really make you understand how much attention has been paid to offering the best possible holiday to those lucky enough to spend a few days in the structure. The beds are generously sized, with Dorelan mattresses and pillows, again a high-quality selection, and sateen duvet covers. Finally, you will no longer find the classic sofa bed that is always uncomfortable and unpleasant to look at, but a private accommodation with a panoramic window and the same performance as a double bed. The bathroom has a huge walk-in shower, the sink area and the toilet area are separated. The apartment is completely paneled in wood, has large concealed wardrobes flush with the wall, everything fits together perfectly and we greatly appreciated finding a lit Christmas tree outside the large window overlooking the terrace, for us it was a great gesture of welcome. The host Philipp was always available and very kind, he really made us feel at home. We stayed with our Jack Russell Otto and we also found bowls and bags available for him. What's no small thing is that you have the ski rental a stone's throw away and the family restaurant just below. Home, you couldn't ask for more. I personally truly thank Philipp, his family, and everyone who works at these properties for their helpfulness, kindness, and attention. We've been coming to them for years, and with this new facility, they've truly made a leap in quality. We truly hope that those who stay here will take care and respect these spaces and everything they offer, repaying the care, love, and attention they put into making these special days a joy! Perfect location right next to the slopes, ski rental, and restaurant. Modern, bright rooms made of natural materials. The sauna is a dream after a long day of skiing. Parking, an elevator, and ski-in/ski-out access are ideal for a relaxing holiday. The home dining option (meals are prepared and brought to your room, requiring only finishing cooking) was especially perfect for unwinding in the evenings. There's also a bus stop right outside for excursions.

Direct access to the ski slopes. We were there with our children. Parents in the sauna, children in ski lessons... what more could you want! Everything is new and top-notch. Highly recommended.
