Welcome to the apartments Schloss-Hof in Eppan!

Our guesthouse Schloss-Hof is located in Eppan, in an idyllic landscape of vineyards, far away from traffic and hustle and just 3 km from the town centre. As well, our farm offers a wonderful view over Eppan, Bozen and Schlern massif. You will look forward to a nearly Mediterranean climate, many sunny hours, time with your family and with friends.

Flats with garden & wine cellar

Our farm has been recently rebuilt and offers four exclusive apartments that can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. The apartments dispose of satellite TV, WLAN, coffee machine, a spacious bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and of a balcony or terrace. All premises are furnished with natural wood and parquet floors. Laundry and bed linen are available. On request, we offer a washing machine as well as children’s and additional beds. Outside, in addition, for our guests: a large lawn, sunbeds and barbecue facilities for our guests. We also offer an underground car parking for your cars and bikes. On request, we offer a bread service as well as biological apple juice from our own apple orchards. Our wine cellar is the perfect place for convivial evenings. Guests can bring domestic animals on request.

Excursions, castles & lakes

The surrounding area of our Schloss-Hof in Eppan on the South Tyrolean wine route offers many outdoor activities, such as hikes and bike tours around the topic of wine. The countless castles in Southern South Tyrolean, the Ötzi museum in Bozen and the Wine Museum in Kaltern are always worth a visit. A bath in the waters of Lake Kaltern is ideal on hot summer days.

Wundervolle Aussicht! Schöne Wohnung, kühler als im Tal, sehr angenehm. Wir konnten mit unserem Kleinbus im Hof parken und in der Tiefgarage das E-Motorrad laden. Gute Betten, zwei Balkone zur Auswahl. Sehr toll!

I stayed with my partner and our two dogs for a week in apartment 2, on the ground floor with a patio and garden, as we were told. The garden, however, is available to all the apartments, especially the owners' dog, who uses it as a bathroom. Although he's a good-natured Labrador, it's not pleasant to always find him outside the French doors and have to separate him from the dogs and even the apartment, because if he finds the door open, he can easily fit in! The patio, however, also provides access to the garden for other guests, so sometimes people wander in front of the living room window, in addition to the dog! That said, the apartment is still nice, even if it lacks a bidet. Cleanliness could be improved, as could the amenities. Covered parking isn't guaranteed; first-come, first-served! The view is the only thing that's worth more than 5 stars.

This is a great host family. they are so nice and welcoming foreigners in an excellent manar. we spent 5 nights instead of just 2, because we like the apt and the stuff and the location and view is amazing. the downtown is nearby where grocery shops and bakery are super. we recommend this hotel for those looking for nice view and value for their money.

Apartment "Schloss Hocheppan": Besides the fantastic panoramic view described above, the large balcony, thanks to its shady side, was perfect for relaxing in the late afternoon and evening. We brought our e-bikes on our trip; they were easily stored in the spacious garage. The accommodation is an ideal starting point for excursions on foot or by bike (we left our car parked there, as all the main destinations around Eppan and Bolzano are easily accessible by bike :-). The landlady is also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Many thanks for the excursion tips! The homemade apple juice/wine is excellent and available at a reasonable price. All in all, we had a very pleasant and relaxing stay and would highly recommend this accommodation!
