The apartments of Residence Priska are situated in Stange, near the well-known Gilfenklamm ravine, the world’s only ravine cut into pure white marble. Let us spoil you with the great ambience in our house.

Comfortable apartments with all amenities

Our holiday apartments are ideal for up to 6 people. Each of them offers a fully equipped kitchen, balcony, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, phone, WLAN and safe. The apartment for 6 persons is a combination of two smaller apartments and has two kitchens and two bathrooms. You will find relaxation on cold winter days in our wellness oasis with Finnish sauna, steam bath and infrared cabin. We also offer a fitness room, a whirlpool, sauna and a relaxation room. 

Pleasant and discounted activities

Our house is a good starting point for many hiking tours and excursions in the surroundings of Sterzing. For instance, you should visit the impressive mine Schneeberg or the beautiful Castle Wolfsthurn in Mareit. On request, you can borrow comfortable e-bikes on site. As well, our guests are offered reduced prices at Balneum swimming pool in Sterzing (3 hours a day for free) as well as many advantages using activeCARD. This guest card allows you, among many other things, to use all means of public transport in South Tyrol for free.

We spent 6 wonderful days at Residence Priska. The rooms were very clean, and the owner was very friendly and helpful. There's no shortage of leisure activities; there's so much to see. And the train and bus are free. We'll be back. Best wishes from Werner and Christine

Everything was just wonderful! I would particularly like to highlight the cleanliness of the hotel and, of course, the friendly managers, who gave us great information about hikes, etc. Always worth a visit!!!

Very nice residence, strategically located in the valleys. Excellent location in the village, away from the main road and close to the bus stop and supermarket, with private parking. Comfortable, well-furnished room with a balcony. Excellent kitchen facilities. Some noise from adjacent rooms, especially in the morning. No elevator.

This is the fourth year we have stayed with Ms. Priska, and her hospitality has always been a constant feature of our vacations! The apartments are cozy, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. We sincerely hope to return next year.

L'appartamento è molto bello, l'ambiente è famigliare. Il recidence è in una posizione comoda per usufruire dei mezzi disponibili x raggiungere Vipiteno e le altre valli. Li vicino è presente una farmacia che è sempre un ottima cosa. Hanno aperto anche un nuovo negozio dove si può fare la spesa utile per chi alloggia in appartamento, all'interno c'è anche la possibilità di fare colazioni e merende. Sempre vicino camminando sulla sponda del fiume si raggiunge il campo sportivo dove ci sono molte attività di intrattenimento.

Unfortunately, the pizzeria is no longer available. It's permanently closed...Pizza! Delicious, delicious, delicious. The best pizza from the pizza oven. Ready quickly, huge, thin, and well-topped. Happy!
