We stayed at Alia SPA for a week and loved it so much that we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back! This has become a special place for me and my family. The property is a beautiful boutique hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, with stunning mountain views from many areas of the building. Our one-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, with a huge living room and bedroom, and it was tastefully and stylishly decorated. The kitchen was well equipped, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the free parking was a great convenience. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, and the large private terrace was one of our favorite features. Alia is a perfect place to sit, relax, and enjoy the sunshine. A special thank you to Dominic and Valentina for their kindness, professionalism, and attentive service throughout our stay. They truly made us feel welcome. We look forward to returning!

If the heatwave (which we can't control) and better Wi-Fi reception in the room had been lessened, everything would have been perfect. The clean room, the outdoor pool, and the friendly staff—everything was just right. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much. The central location of the resort is also fantastic.

I stayed at this property for three weeks while my house was undergoing renovations. It's a welcoming, clean, and equipped with every comfort. There's also a beautiful garden and the view is spectacular. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I had a great time. Excellent value for money.

Large, beautiful apartment, clean and well-maintained, good breakfast, great outdoor pool, spa area looks great and clean. (We didn't use it due to lack of time.) Bus stop within a 5-minute walk (and a great café nearby). Would love to come back sometime

Alia— the perfect little base just west of Merano. Here's why it ticks every box: Ideal cycling destination for Merano — Algund sits right on the Etschtal/Adige cycle path, one of the most popular and flat cycling routes in South Tyrol. Merano is literally a 10–15 minute easy pedal away. The MeBo cycle path also connects through here with beautiful Alpine scenery. ️ Great dinner nearby — you're a few minutes from Merano's restaurant scene plus Algund itself has local spots. Quiet village feel — it sits slightly above the valley floor among vineyards, very calm compared to Merano proper. ️ Perfect crossroads — from Algund you can head west into the Vinschgau valley (toward Naturns, Mals — long flat riverside path), east toward Bozen, or loop up into the hills. Multiple directions, all well-signed.

Centrally located apartment building with a large underground parking garage. A bakery is just a 3-minute walk away. The large shopping center and various restaurants are also easily accessible on foot. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Excellent location, very comfortable room, and both pools were very enjoyable. Since this is our second stay at the property, I suggest finding a solution to the inability to open the door when someone is already inside and the other key is in the slot. This creates the need to knock to get the door to open, and if, like in our case, there's a newborn, it can be quite disruptive. As a fan of recycling, I'd suggest positioning the bins so they can be accessed from the inside, while also allowing the pedestrian door to be opened from the outside to avoid having to go outside and climb the ramp.

A very nice apartment with a small kitchen in a fantastic location. The indoor and outdoor pools are perfectly adequate. The spa area is also very nice and clean. A fitness room equipped with machines and dumbbells is available for light weight training. A washing machine and dryer are also available for use.
