The nine newly built Waldheim apartments combine rustic charm with modern comfort. Each apartment is stylishly furnished and offers a cozy atmosphere to feel at home. For a successful start to the day, an optional basket service with regional products is available. Additionally, a well-maintained lawn invites you to relax and sunbathe. For even more relaxation, the in-house wellness area with a sauna promises pure relaxation after an active day in the mountains.

Diverse activities & benefits with the Brixen Card

The idyllic and sunny location of Waldheim allows guests to pursue their favourite activities in both summer and winter. Whether hiking, mountain biking, trekking, or skiing – you are sure to find the right activity here. A special highlight is the Brixen Card, which is included in the stay. It offers, among other things, free travel on all public transport of the South Tyrol transport network, one free ascent and descent daily with the Plose mountain railway, free admission to the Acquarena swimming pool in Brixen (except Sundays and public holidays), and free admission to the Brixen museums.

A vacation with two families of friends, their kids, and a furry friend. A very welcoming place with plenty of space. The apartment where we stayed had all the amenities—nothing was missing. A large, very functional wellness area and an excellent breakfast. The family that runs Waldheim was the icing on the cake. They were incredibly helpful with every request and very welcoming. They were the real highlight of this vacation.

A charming little apartment—small but with all the amenities—and very clean. The hosts are friendly, kind, and always available. It’s a quiet place where you can truly relax and go for walks. There’s a bus stop right in front of the property, so you can get around without using a car—and the bus is free.

Everything! A wonderful place, just as peaceful as we like it! Everything was great and perfect. Finding fresh, high-quality bread outside the house every morning is priceless. Daniela and her husband were so kind. We’d love to come back in the winter, too. We hope we can ️

Daniela's hospitality. The quality of the facilities: the apartment, and a special mention for the top-of-the-line spa. The peaceful location facing the mountains, within an hour's drive of the Dolomites' attractions.

Stayed in the second half of March 2026, in a tiny village without a shop or pizzeria, but a ski bus takes you to St. Andra in 15 minutes, where there's a well-stocked Spar. The ski bus ride to the lift takes 12 minutes, and the ski bus is right next to the apartment. The apartments are excellent, with a very well-equipped kitchenette: dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, induction hob, large refrigerator, glasses, cups, plates, pots, pans, etc. The rooms are nicely furnished with spacious wardrobes and comfortable beds. Bathrooms have a shower and infrared sauna. Everything is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The spa area is fantastic! Another advantage of the Waldheim apartments is the hospitable and professional owners, not to mention Mr. Patrick's culinary skills, which you can taste at a Tyrolean dinner. We were very pleased with our stay and, if possible, we will return next year.

I was very satisfied with the accommodations. I really enjoyed the sauna in the apartment. The ski bus stop was very close to the accommodations. This was my second consecutive stay here, and I’d love to come back again.
