I highly recommend this hotel....from the owners to the staff, they are incredibly kind and helpful....the rooms are beautiful and very clean, the spa is truly lovely, and the Finnish sauna on the roof offers a breathtaking view, as does the relaxation room.

Another wonderful stay with the Rainer family! Every member of staff at the hotel has a smile on their face and is always flexible and helpful. The panoramic sauna offers a particularly beautiful view over the valley. Hiking trails start practically right at the hotel, and there are plenty of green spaces for dog owners in the immediate vicinity (some even with bag dispensers and trash cans)! In the morning, a fantastic, varied, and diverse breakfast awaits. In the evening, there's an equally good selection of salads before the delicious dinner begins! The hotel bar leaves nothing to be desired! We've felt very comfortable there for years. Many thanks to the entire hotel team.

Beautiful hotel in the stunning Val d'Ultimo. Spacious and very clean rooms. Entirely made of wood, allowing you to experience the mountain climate even more. Excellent relaxation area. Excellent food, and very friendly and helpful staff. A special heartfelt thank you to the lady with black bob hair and glasses who served us. She was incredibly kind and sweet. My girls adored her. Thank you for everything, and hugs from Greta and Martina.

Wonderful place. I recommend everyone to go there, you'll be enchanted and want to return. The preparation and helpfulness of the entire staff is unsurpassed, and I always thank them for that. The only shame: returning once a year is too little!
