Residence Flöckinger

The inviting Residence Flöckinger is located in an excellent position in the small village of Astfeld, in Sarntal, in the middle of woods and meadows. In a few minutes on foot only, you can reach shops, a bank and several inns, whereas the main village Sarnthein is located only 2 km from our apartments. In about half an hour you can also reach the centre of Bozen. The bus stops lies only a few minutes from our house.

We welcome our guests in five comfortable, south-facing apartments that are ideal for 2-6 people and consist of one or two double rooms and a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen-living room with table, sofa and kitchen, WLAN, balcony or terrace with chairs. One of these apartments is on the ground floor and is barrier-free accessible. The apartments are equipped with bed linen and towels. Moreover, the apartment house offers a common room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer as well as a ski room. A covered parking lot is available too. Outdoors, you will find a large garden with sunbathing lawn and a children’s playground.

If you love authentic nature, a mountain experience in the Sarntal Alps in the heart of South Tyrol or bike tours, our house is certainly the right place for you! In summer, numerous walking and hiking trails await you, as well as more challenging summit tours. Visit the legendary Stoanernen Mandln or the Latzfonser Kreuz or walk around Lake Durnholz. An experience for the whole family is the legend trail in Aberstückl. In winter, you can enjoy the ski slopes and the toboggan run of the Reinswald skiing area. In the Pens Valley, you will find cross-country skiing trails. But also snowshoe hikers and ski tourers can enjoy the winter landscape. Relax with a mountain pine bath and treat yourself to a Kneipp bath in Unterreinswald. With the Sarntal Card, you can use public transport operated by the South Tyrol Transport Association, take part in guided hikes and enjoy other discounts.
