Residence Rosarela

The Residence Rosarela is located in a dreamlike position in the meadows below Mt. Kreuzkofel, only a 15-minute walk from the village of La Villa (Stern). The place between the wonderful peaks of Alta Badia is perfect to spend a holiday in the rhythm of nature. We love and respect the mountain world all around, that is also why we have a sustainable climate friendly house. There are 2 double rooms and 10 newly designed apartments in various sizes available for our guests. Our apartments all have a balcony and modern comforts such as free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower, WC and bidet. 

During the high season in summer and winter we offer you a rich breakfast buffet. On request, we also bring fresh bread to your apartment every day. The Residence Rosarela has a sun terrace, a garden with loungers and parasols, a barbecue, a small herb garden and a playground with table tennis for children. On the lower ground floor, there are a garage, a ski room and a small but nice wellness area. There, a bio and infrared sauna, a relaxation room, an outdoor whirlpool and a Kneipp pool invite you to relax.

Our house is an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. Beautiful trails in different levels run through the woods all around and lead you, for example, to the Mt. Heiligkreuzkofel, to the Armentara meadows or to the neighbouring villages of St. Kassian, Stern and Abtei. In winter, the free ski bus service takes you to the lifts in just a few minutes. Then you can explore famous slopes like those of the Sellaronda, the Gran Risa World Cup slope and many others.
