Passer promenade
De Passerpromenade strekt zich uit langs de rechteroever van de Passer in het centrum van Merano. Het maakt indruk met kunstig aangelegde bloemperken en altijd groene palmbomen. Op de Passerpromenade staat een paviljoen voor populaire muziek, waar het Meraner Kurorchester 's zomers concerten geeft.
Zomerpromenade
De zomerpromenade begint bij de Postbrücke en ligt aan de schaduwrijke linkeroever van de Passer. De gemakkelijke wandeling eindigt bij de Gilfkloof en kan worden voortgezet op de Gilfpromenade. Het pad is gewijd aan Marie Valerie, de dochter van keizerin Sissi en keizer Franz Josef. Wandelaars zien een standbeeld van keizerin Sissi aan het begin van de promenade.
Winterpromenade
De Winterpromenade begint ook bij de Postbrücke en loopt langs de rechteroever van de Passer. Hij eindigt bij de "stenen voetgangersbrug" die in 1624 werd gebouwd en maakt indruk met talrijke bezienswaardigheden, zoals de historische Wandelhalle met afbeeldingen van Zuid-Tiroolsedorpen.

De Gilf Promenade begint bij de "Steinernen Steg" en eindigt in de Passerschlucht kloof, waar het Zeno kasteel over uitkijkt. Er is een aanbevolen uitkijkpunt vanwaar je het bulderende water in de kloof kunt zien.
Tappeinerweg
De Tappeinerweg is de beroemdste promenade van Merano en is de voortzetting van de Gilf Promenade bij kasteel Zeno. Het pad loopt op een hoogte van 380 meter van het oosten naar het westen van Merano. De Tappeinerweg is vernoemd naar de architect Franz Tappeiner (1826-1902), die ook werkzaam was als arts, botanicus en antropoloog.
