In St. Martin in Passeier, the Advent season is used to get into the Christmas spirit with an Advent market, theatre, an exhibition of nativity scenes and many other activities.
Under the motto “Mårtiner Sternstunden”, a colourful Advent programme will take place in St. Martin in Passeier from 29 November 2025 to 4 January 2026. It will ensure Christmas joy and sparkling children's eyes!
On the weekends of 13/14 and 21/21 December, there will be a small Christmas market on the village square. In addition, many other activities will enrich the pre-Christmas season:
- 29 and 30 November 2025: advent opening with blessing of Advent wreaths, nativity scene treasure hunt and Advent concert
- 6 December 2025: St. Nicholas and angel parade
- 7 December 2025: bar and music programme
- 8 December 2025: puppet theatre
- 13 December 2025: nativity scene exhibition and reading
- 14 December 2025: nativity scene exhibition and blessing, felt workshop for children and Advent concert
- 20 December 2025: karaoke show and children's programme
- 21 December 2025: resolution of the nativity scene treasure hunt
- 27 December 2025: morning pint, children's programme and wine blessing
- 28 December 2025: end of the year
- 4 January 2026: Christmas tree throwing
