At the single stops, exquisite cheese specialities from the South Tyrolean dairy cooperatives and artisan raw milk products are waiting for you: from mild soft cheese and hearty mountain cheese to traditional grey cheese.
Under the expert guidance of a qualified cheese sommelier, you can taste the different varieties and choose your personal favourite. Stories about cheese production, farms and alpine pastures of the Ahrntal round off the delightful afternoon.
Ski & Cheese takes place from 14 January to 18 March 2026, every Wednesday from 2:00 to 5:00 pm. Registration is possible online until 4:00 pm the day before. The price for participation is €40 for adults and €25 for children under the age of 16. Children under the age of 8 can participate free of charge.
The number of participants is limited. The tasting tour is only recommended for experienced skiers.
