Our stay at Wellness & Vital Hotel Erica was truly unforgettable this fall. From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were exceptional. Our rooms were tucked at the back of the resort in a peaceful, scenic setting that was wonderfully quiet at night. Everything was spotless and had the cozy charm of an Alpine villa, combined with all the modern comforts. Petra and the front desk team (Felix and Kathrin), Peter at the bar, and Simon in the dining room all went above and beyond to help our little group plan day trips and explore the region. The spa was absolutely spectacular. We loved moving between the different areas, from the refreshing ice room to the warm sun lamp room to the calm, tranquil spaces made for pure relaxation. Our treatments at the Wellness Spa were also outstanding, especially the care and expertise from JoHannah. Be sure to sign up for the inclusive package and take advantage of the breakfast and dinner, the menu is spectacular and tailored to every palate imaginable. The hotel’s location in the Dolomites is perfect for outdoor adventures year-round, whether you’re hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, or enjoying everything in between. I’m already looking forward to returning, hopefully with another small group in tow. Until then – vielen Dank und bis später!

We felt right at home. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and a personal introduction from the staff and owners. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is classic, yet offers plenty of creative options, from fresh ginger tea to the juice press. The staff is always friendly and attentive, always with a warm smile. My partner took advantage of the offered stretching class almost every morning. After a successful hike, we enjoyed relaxing in the pool or relaxing in the beautiful and thoughtfully designed sauna area. Our personal highlight, however, was Peter. He was always a wonderful presence during our evening drinks, conjuring up delicious hot chocolates and whisky sours. We are completely satisfied and would love to return! P.S. Deutschnofen offers a great selection of activities, both from the hotel and the tourist office. The guided tours are very informative and brought to life by the engaging and friendly guides.

By South Tyrolean standards, we perhaps expected a little more attention, easily remedied, in the rooms and kitchen. Overall, we had a good stay, but we didn't feel as pampered as we have at other establishments. Unfortunately, some of the staff were less than professional. The activity program was very pleasant.

We only visited the spa area today without staying overnight. It was fantastic. Everything was clean and quiet, perfect for relaxing. It had a lovely sauna area. The weather wasn't great, but we'll be back soon. The staff were very accommodating and super friendly. We'll definitely be back. I recently enjoyed a couples' day spa at the Family Hotel Erica in Nova Ponente. Overall, the experience was positive, but I found several aspects that, in my opinion, need improvement to fully justify the "4 Star Superior" classification. ​Location and Arrival: The property is easily accessible and has convenient on-site parking. However, the initial welcome was subpar: the perceived feeling of being a nuisance, suggesting rushed and unwelcoming customer service. ​Breakfast (Morning Service): The breakfast service was average, but with significant room for improvement for a hotel of this category. ​Cheese Management: The cheese cutting area was extremely uncomfortable, with only one knife available for all types. Hygiene and Details: We suggest removing the plastic waste bin from the table, which has a hideously peeling edge, and taking greater care when selecting stain covers, discarding any that are visibly creased. ​Professionalism: Having a staff member preparing eggs while simultaneously eating his own breakfast and cappuccino in front of guests seemed unprofessional and should be avoided. ​Access to the Spa: After breakfast, the receptionist escorted us to the spa in a rushed manner, almost rushing us. A welcome detail was the opportunity to change in a dedicated, comfortable room, ensuring the necessary privacy and comfort (with an ensuite bathroom). ​Wellness Area: ​Pools: The water in the indoor pool was not as warm as expected, being barely warm. On the other hand, the outdoor water temperature was adequate and pleasant. Adults' Area (Top!): The adults-only wellness area is undoubtedly the hotel's strong point. It's absolutely quiet and relaxing, with a relaxation room equipped with extremely comfortable massaging waterbeds. The only drawback is the outdoor Jacuzzi, which is undersized for busy days. Afternoon Snack: The afternoon snack buffet is included and offers a wide variety, with both sweet and savory options. Unfortunately, the lack of clear directions on where to sit led to some confusion. Drinks not included in the buffet are extra and subject to charges. Overall Rating: The experience was overall positive, particularly thanks to the "adults-only" wellness area. However, the customer service (reception and breakfast), combined with the lack of attention to detail and the staff's promptness, do not meet the standards expected of a "4-Star Superior" hotel. There is great potential, but to live up to this standard, investments in greater attention to detail and training for front-office staff are needed. Would I recommend it? Yes, but be aware that some services need significant improvement.

Update 09/25 We still love going to the Vitalhotel Erica. We'll be guests again in 14 days and are really looking forward to it. It's like coming home again. Best wishes to the Brunner family and team. Superb 4*+ hotel. The reception invites you to a drink (free choice) upon check-in. Wait and enjoy. You will then be personally shown to your room. The already renovated suites are perfect rooms. (approx. €200/night) 3/4 board. The wellness area is fantastic!! The best we've found in the last ten years. The wellness area is divided into an older and a newer area. Dinner is divided into 4-5 courses. Salad, cheese, and ice cream are available from the buffet. Breakfast is served buffet-style. Coffee, cappuccino, etc. Order from the waiter. The staff always has an eye for what's missing...Simply top-notch. The hotel is located on a main road. But this is definitely negligible, as the place can accommodate a maximum of 800-1000 people. The traffic diverts from a roundabout beforehand. So the main road isn't a problem at all. You can sleep peacefully with the window open. UPDATE: We've become regular guests at Erica with the Brunner family and team. We always feel very comfortable. The food is a feast for the palate and always full of delicious, pleasant surprises. The wine list is perfectly matched to the food. The Lagrein red wine is a dream. We've booked for September 2021 and 2022! A dream

We had the pleasure of staying at this enchanting hotel, and we must say, it was truly paradise! The location is excellent, easy to reach, and the surrounding nature offers beautiful landscapes. The spa is an oasis of relaxation, simply wonderful, with a peaceful, serene atmosphere, an indoor and outdoor pool with a whirlpool. We appreciated their special attention to nature. The personal care products in the room were excellent! The menu is a delight for the palate, offering a variety of dishes, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection to suit all tastes. The hotel staff is very professional, competent, courteous, and friendly, always available to meet guests' needs.
