De Kastelrutherspatzen
De Kastelruthher Spatzen staan al sinds het begin van de jaren 80 op het podium en jaar na jaar hebben Norbert Rier - waarschijnlijk de beroemdste "Spatz" - en zijn mannen aanstekelijke deuntjes en bestsellers geproduceerd. Hun liedjes zijn wereldwijd bekend en de muzikanten uit Kastelruth hebben alle belangrijke prijzen gewonnen die in de volksmuziekwereld te winnen zijn, van gouden platen tot de Krone der Volksmusik en de ECHO Award. Daarmee zijn ze de meest succesvolle Duitstalige folkpopgroep ooit.
Met hun bekende en nieuwe hits - "Eine weiße Rose", "Liebe darf alles", "Dolomitenfeuer" en nog veel meer. - toeren ze door heel Europa. Toch keren ze elk jaar terug naar hun thuisland voor twee vaste data die elke Spatzenfan in zijn agenda zou moeten noteren:
